Review 1：Near by street is very noisy at night, it was about +10C only, decided to stay with open windows (since we do not like AC, it was available), the traffic and singing passers-by all the night were a nuisance, and the room unexpectedly heated up to over 25C. Bear it in mind, probably should go for AC.
