Review 1：The manager/front desk was most helpful with information and nothing was too much trouble. We needed a taxi for a rushed purchase in another part of the town and he arranged this with the taxi. Advice as to where the nearest Laundromat was located etc. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Review 2：The family (Nicola and his parents) and one staff member (Maria) were the greatest folks we met in Germany. (How many guests get a two cheek kiss from Mom as they leave the hotel?) A wonderful little hotel

Review 33：The staff is friendly and always happy to assist the guests. I have been there twice and both times I had a great experience. This hotel is close to down town and also to the train station and International Center Loris Malaguzzi.

Review 34：The safe in our room didn't work but this wasn't really a problem, we just left valuables in the room and felt sure that this was safe enough.

Review 35：The breakfast was very good, available throughout the morning and a varied selection of foods. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location close to station and centre, room clean and comfortable. WiFi was good though a separate username and password is needed for each device.

Review 36：The staff at Albergo Morandi were super lovely. Great also having parking. A fridge in the room to put the products you buy from local producers. Reggio-emilia is a long way from home for me but hopefully I return and I would stay at Albergo Morandi.
