Review 1：Breakfast area in the morning was busy and had to eat in the little bar area which was ok, however as soon as I went back for second helpings which was located across the hallway, my plate was cleared straight away and some other people were showen my table. No tables were left so I had to finish my breakfast in my room. As it was busy food kept on running out and no one seemed to be dedicated to keep things topped up.

Review 2：Comfortable beds and were clean.

Review 3：The "suite" was very poor. No teaspoons, three mismatch wine glasses, three different coffee cups. The bed bases were frayed, it looked like a cat had scratched it. Only one 2 seater sofa in a suite for up to four people. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. I would not stay here again.

Review 5：What a bitty hotel. Room set up was sooooooo tight and, because of our close proximity to other apartments/hotels, we had the benefit of listening to a rather loud phone conversation accrues the square! Very built up

Review 10：A bit strange booking policy. Even if you book with the option for free cancellation, in short time they take the money for the first night and it is not an authorization hold but real payment. It is mentioned in the booking conditions but is very unusual. At check-in, we asked for a room on the upper floors. The girl at the front desk offered 10th floor and we agreed but we were not told that when you enter the hotel from the street you are already standing on the 6th floor :)

Review 11：Mentioned I was arrivng early in booking forms but no effort made by staff to accomodate this (until staff members changed and new guy found an empty room to swap me in to so I didn't have to wait till after 3pm to check in)

Review 13：Appliances in room did not work or they had no instructions.balcony was tiny,my room never got serviced until very late afternoon .Ate several different meals from the restaurant it was never as described on the menu same sauce with every meal.My key card had to be reset three times.overall very disappointing.

Our room's bed configiration was incorrect, the receptionist on the desk was hard to understand and unhelpful, two of the elevators were out of service, had to que for at least 10 minutes, there was no information in room about facilities in the apartment or even what to dial for reception. A pen and paper would of been helpful, the spa pool was empty. Overall we weren't impressed unfortunately

Review 18：We arrived early for checkin and a member of the staff was kind enough to offer us the common area shower and clean towels so we could freshen up before leaving for site seeing. The rooms are very comfortable and we had a nice view of the harbor.

Review 23：First room not clean. Horrid outlook onto balconies with litter. Room chipped bench top and poorly maintained. Only one wine glass. Complained and upgraded to better room facing harbour. Returned key to reception but they then lost it and kept wanting key back. Lift control panel coming off. We had stayed twice before but going downhill. They told us valet parking was so much per night but then only charged much lower rate. Clear hotel not investing in good systems and penny pinching.

Review 29：We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bedroon suite where the couch was only for 2 people and dining table had 4 chairs around a table which would not hold 4 plates. No tv in main bedroom. No toilet brush. No dishclothes in kitchen and lacked a few kitchen utensils. Iron was broken. Dont like feeling like we complain about everything but the staff where very happy to fix everything. Car parking $35 per day too expensive.

Review 31：This property is a disgrace and should not be listed on any reputable hotel booking website. It is not a hotel but a refugee camp with fleas. We stayed here with our six month old child and I was worried about his health after a night in this ramshackle property. It should be closed down by the NZ health authorities and blackballed by the tourism authorities…..

Especially rajat and dipak, they were such lovely men and very vibrant, I couldn't get over how lovely they were to us, we need more people like them around the world, the room was so clean and tidy as well as nicely presented. Hands go down to the maids who tidy it up to, even the guy who was mopping just in front of the lifts before we went up kindly stopped what he was doing just to say hello to my partner. Would definitely visit again! Amazing..

Review 66：My room was dirty,y TV didn't work, no hairdryer, my room was loud right next to the lift, no cutlery and hardly any glassware - I stayed 2 nights and my housekeeping was new towels and a bed made..didn't take rubbish or clean at all. It was disgusting. this time I upgraded to a 1 bedroom paid more and it was worse than the studio.

Review 82：We booked a twin room with two single beds and when getting to our room we had a single bed dumped in the lounge area with the couch blocking the door and the table up against the bench. It had no pillows either. There was simply no room to move! The bedroom had one queen size bed in it. There was rubbish on the balcony from previous guests and only one of each piece of crockery/glasses.

When we got there we were told we had to pay a bond of $200 - this was not stated when we booked online and to top it off, because it was over a weekend, I do not get my bond back into my account until Tuesday, and the staff were not very helpful at all. This has put us off ever staying at this property again.

Review 103：Room was directly opposite the lift so in one of the bedrooms, you could hear the lift 24 hours/day. In the other room there was a continuous humming noise. Would definitely not stay here again if room on 23rd floor, opposite lift. Make sure you check when you book.

Review 104：Spacious 2br self-contained apartment with full kitchen and large bathroom with washing machine. Views of city were good, but only if you were standing up because the balcony blocked view when sitting down.

Review 109：The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Never picks up the call. Always had to try to call several times to talk with the receptionist from the room. I complaint but she didn't apolozied and said other ppl didn't complain so it is not a problem. She did not respond in friendly manner. Very Slow room services. We had to wait more than 30mins to get what we asked. The water pressure in the shower was so terrible and we had to wait like 5mins to use hot water. They even stopped the hot water for 3hours on one day but nothing changed.

Review 110：Weren't offered any other parking options other than valet parking for $35 when there's actually 2 public car parks in very close proximity. Also breakfast was very disappointing with most of the food almost cold.

Review 126：We were travelling to spend my birthday weekend at Auckland and stayed one night at The Quadrant. A few days before my booking I tried to change my reservation for two days but unfortunately there was no vacancy. Roshika, the lady whom I spoke over the phone was very polite and did a good job on sending me a follow up email on my request. Rajat, the guy who assisted us in checking in was also very welcoming and gave us an upgrade from a studio room to a one bedroom unit on the top floor facing the harbor! He also gave us a 25% discount coupon for the in house restaurant. The guy who attended to us upon check out also asked if we were sorted for our tranpo. Fair play to the hotel team for doing a good job in following up request (thru email and phone) and for noting small things that matters ( I mentioned we were travelling from Christchurch for my birthday weekend and gave us an upgrade, asking if we had our transpo sorted, and staff always smiling). This made our stay memorable and special. In addition, the hotel's location is very accessible to central city including the harbor, parks, and queen street. Everything was 5-15 minutes away from where we are which was a bonus! Definitely would go back again to stay in this hotel next time we are in Auckland.

Review 127：I phoned to ask for an earlier check in, the receptionist was short with me and quite rude telling me the earliest was 3pm, where as most hotels have 1 or 2 at the latest, dishwasher was still going in our room when we got there a 4pm, we had to unpack it. The room was doudy and small and certainly not the 75 square mtrs advertised when we booked as I picked the room for that size. We obviously got shoved into a smaller apartment. Parking was exspensive. Wouldn't go back. Was not enjoyable at all.

It hotel directory book had nothing in it, no numbers to contact reception etc. There was only 3 sets of dinner ware etc although we had booked for 4 people. Likewise with towels, only enough for two people, had to request more. Went to use oven and it was filthy. Couldn't use it. Was disappointing because has the potential to be better.

Review 134：The staff were friendly, although the receptionist was difficult understand. Parking guy was great and welcoming.

Review 135：I put a sign out at 10 am asking for room to be serviced. Got back at 4pm sign had been pout back in room but no one had cleaned anything. Dishes from room service still there, beds unmade no linen etc. I asked housekeeping why and they said they had had a busy day. Not good enough!
