Review 1：Beach was rocky and prices for bed&breakfast clients are too high. Staff seemed to be sleeping: took the almost 2 hours to serve me room service, they forgot to clean my room 1 day, they forgot to give me an adapter, they informed me about excursions very poorly, etc. Staff is not from a 4 star hotel.

Review 2：Location was good and good value for money. Extra activities are good. Steak House amazing.

Review 4：I do not like having my hand luggage removed from me. That should be my choice. Room service staff who answer the phone should be competent in English and should know exactly what is offered. I had to make 5 calls to reception and had to hold on before someone called me back. Unacceptable after a long flight, late in the evening. There were ants everywhere- piles of ants in the bathroom. The door frames and handles are filthy and grimy and the room smelt bad upon entry. The rooms should be aired with fresh air during the day before guests arrive. Also, an amount was added to my account- SLC? This was not discussed with me and I do no appreciate deductions made in this way. A refund would be appreciated.

Review 5：The checkin took too long. Instead of giving us some drinks, the checkin process could be shortened. Some front desk staffs are not as friendly.

Review 6：We had a room right in front of the sea. The room was very well decorated and very comfortable. All the water sports equipments are free. Staffs from the boat house are very helpful. The bay is much better than we expected. Water is crystal clear and there is an island not too far to reach.

Review 7：Room a little small for the cost. Evening meal buffet not so good and overpriced. Good restaurants within a few miles with better food at half the price - but you need a car. Evening music a little loud but it stopped early enough.

Review 8：Good position, close to the airport and Ile des Aigrettes with its birds. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice pool, beach and views. Great breakfast buffet.

Review 9：I travelled to Mauritius for business and decided to spend one night at Preskil for leisure. The accommodation was a complete let down. Staff were not friendly and the food was absolutely awful. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Review 13：We've visited several resorts on the island during the last 10 years and in comparison to the other 4 star resorts, Preskil is definately lacking. The receptionists and staff are brisk and unfriendly. The bathroom is miniscule and avoid the loos in the room if you're above average in size;-). Dining area is so overfilled you're basically sitting right next to strangers.

Review 14：The hotel is in a beautiful location. The view from the beaches are gorgeous. If you're ok with 'ok' service - this hotel is quite ok.

Review 15：TV was only fixed on the last day. we did a half hour orientation tour of Preskil and after were offered a free virgin drink which we waited more than half an hour for. Also stood at the bar counter and tried to ask the bar staff for ice, but were ignored until we physically stopped a waiter to gain his attention.

Ac dripped onmy husband during the night, fire alarm kept beeping (until someonefinally fixed it), couldn't book a table in the restaurants (wasforced to eat from buffet - which was not that great), terriblebreakfast, poor wifi, room was average and staff didn't even thankus when we checked out!

Review 25：Hurt my foot on a badly designed paddle boat with no leeway for your foot if the other person starts paddling if you put your foot wrong. The menu's don't show the prices for half board or bed and breakfast very clearly, however staff is very helpful in explaining the different options if you ask. Far from shops and local restaurants, but definitely recommend this hotel for a few nights' stay as it's on a beautiful island and there's plenty to do at the resort itself.

Review 26：Perfect for kids and couples. Management went out of their way to accommodate us arriving tired early in the morning while our room wasn't ready yet, gave us a temporary room to sleep in for the morning. While my foot was injured, staff carried my breakfast and dinner to my room. I needed to make 2 local calls and the hotel allowed me to do so free of charge. Romantic dinner in the pier with full moon rising over the water. Even though the west coast may have more temperate weather, this resort is beautiful and do day trips on catamarans to blue bay and Ile aux Cerfs. Many of the water activities are included in the hotel price.
