Review 5：It was frustrating not being able to adjust the shower temperature to our preference (hotter) but the staff did their very best to help resolve the issue, a positive rather than negative in our opinion.
Review 6：the staff are welcoming and Marielisa especially is very gracious and capable with all requests. It can be tiring exploring the lovely villages and seaside areas of Puglia, and the Masseria offers a place of serenity and privacy and a fabulous breakfast to 'recharge'.
Review 7：The place has no atmosphere, they need to put some much more effort in the additional touch in terms of service they are offering. The place itself is amazing but it also requires amazing people that are working there and amazing service - just to match everything together. Moreover the dinners are not at its best and usually late (instead of 8.30 they begin at 9.30). Moreover you are in vineyard and during the dinner you do not have any vine menu, you are server just red or white wine with no option to choose - which is a bit awkward.
Review 8：The views are amazing, the old Masseria where breakfast and dinner is served is gorgeous, the wine tour we have booked was very interesting. The place is very clean and has a great location in the heart of Manduria region.
