Review 1：There was no staff on premise. We went into a business next door to the Rutena so someone called to have someone meet us to check in. We had problems and no one to resolve them, 3 towels for 4 people, a blow up mattress on the floor ( I was told the room had a sleep sofa and they would bring in a cot), a soap dish in the shower that wasn't fastened to the wall, cold shower, etc. No phone in the room and my cell didn't work in Aruba. We had wifi so I sent emails that went unanswered except for the last when we wanted to check out and settle up. We settled up outside the building at someone's car! You get what you pay for.
Review 2：There wasn't anything I liked about the place. I didn't like the location, the curbside parking, the alarm that was sounding from 2:30pm - midnight. We stayed for 2 nights and I couldn't wait to leave.
Review 3：Excellent service overall. Driver waiting at airport and all arranged by the very efficient team. Constant follow up and friendly team. Jan and Tania were very helpful at all time to the point of helping with tour atraccion booking and complementary transportation. The room was clean and tidy and with all you need for your stay. Wifi available. Hotel is well located and close to beach and airport. Highly recommended.

Review 7：Really I stayed at Cataleya Suites, which is a parther of Rutena Suites and located right opposite the street. The room was really good with modern design and all necessary facilities including kitchen. Internet was fast and stable. Walking distance to all main sights of Oranjestad. Special thanks to Tanya, who is the owner. She really did everything possible to organize excellent stay at Aruba including all sightseeing tours. I had no problems at all.

Review 9：Very comfortable, clean property. It is in a convenient location in Oranjestad. I liked that I was not in the touristy part of the Island. You are surrounded by the locals but you have very easy access to everything. Tanya was great! She was so helpful.
Review 10：The cooking facilities (cutlery and dishes) could be better. You have to let the owner know in advance when you arrive at the place because there is no reception!

Review 12：Central location: right in the shopping center and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, casinos and bars. The apartment itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had the one bedroom and it was just fabulous. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The colours were nice and vibrant, giving it that caribbean vacation feel. Our host was superb. Very accommodating. Within minutes we were chatting like old friends. He even gave us a tour of parts of the island. We were also able to check in early and check out late given our flight schedule. Thank you Jan/Jon for everything! Our legs are still hurting from that awesome mountain climb :) Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!
