Review 1：Rooms in need of update and fixing. Example; parts of skirting boards broken off, chipped and cracked tiles. Cleaning - hair left on tiles, mildew in shower basin area, etc.

Review 4：The bell ringing from the Catholic Church. The music downstairs. No where to park. Italian drivers. Unfortunately, I will never return to Italy because of the drivers.

Review 5：My room was the best room. Top floor, on the very left. Got the sun all day. Even managed to take pics of the sunrise and sunset. Good location to a couple of bars and restaurants.

Review 6：the superior room that we stayed in didn't have the safe and minibar like it was advertised. air condition was working, but it didn't have any very cool options and was struggling to keep the room on acceptable temperatures.

Review 9：Soft-spoken young gentleman at reception spoke best English we experience during our trip. Great service with proper suggestions and information. Regret not leaving tip, since he definitely deserved one. Finally a breakfast with eggs and other savoury options and not just super-sweet stuff.

Review 17：The view on the internet was deceiving yes there is a good view but that is the end of anything good to say about this hotel.The room was very basic, the beds small and hard. The room was small and very noisy with no air con. When we complained we were told to leave our window open but the noise from the music below our window went on until 2.30 am. Parking outside the hotel on the road is impossible therefore you have to drag your bags along from a car park up the road.The WiFi was intermittent and not available except in an area in the lobby. I could not recommend this hotel.

Review 19：This hotel was certainly a 3 stars Hotel in the 60', but since It appears that no maintenance works had been conducted. We understand more why there aren't pictures of the whole building from outside. The breakfast is not worthy of a 3 stars Hotel. The windows are really badly soundproofed, not a big difference if they are open. Noisy AC and not manageable !

Review 21：Hotel was very dirty, elevator was 30 years old, very dirty and dangerous, rooms are awful, a bathroom was really destroyed, wc was dirty (big brown spots), shower was moldy, wairdrobe doors doesn't work, table was dirty, room without fridge, air conditioning very poor and old, dirty window, etc. Manager after breakfast wears dirty clothes and clean room, he didn't speak english. Breakfast was awful, unfresh bread, we need to wait very long to make toast in toaster. Small choice on the breakfast. Unfriendly stuff, very destroyed hotel, it isn't worth 3 stars! On the stairs to hotel was a cockroach!

Review 63：Stuff unprofessional Equipment in room - what a joke. This was more like dormitory and I am not very picky regarding hotels. This was nonsense. Shower corner with broken door, broken water equipment, broken everything. Room looked like it was furnished by some blind person 50 years ago - not because of the old fashion look of the things, but it looked like it was used by millions of people... breakfast... Very bad. I was sorry for those people who booked hotel for more nights... No Internet connection in rooms... Crazy equipment for that price!

Review 66：We only stayed one night but found the hotel excellent. The staff were very kind and efficient, the breakfast good with boiled eggs, cheese and ham in addition to cereal and sweet items. We chose a harbor view room which was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the harbor, part of the old town and across to the islands of San Pietro and Sant Antioco. The hotel has been refurbished and is very attractive with a comfortable lounge area. The dining room and terrace both overlook the harbor. We were able to park the car off the street 50m from the hotel. We really enjoyed our afternoon, night and morning at Panorama Hotel. We also enjoyed strolling around Portoscuso which has a very nice beach.

Review 67：Very expensive for the quality presented. Attention: First give the worst room (dirty, smelling of cigarettes, no view, etc.) and then (before you say anything) ask if you want a better room, but you have to pay more, of course - old trick!!!

Review 72：The lack of any decent TV stations; no news stations and too much Sardinia local stations. I also suggest that the hotel purchase a few bikes they could rent out to the clients for rides around the city.

Review 73：From the outside the front the Panorama does not look very appealing. However, it is completely different once you enter. The rooms facing the harbor present a fantastic view. The rooms are fine and the Wi-Fi works. The staff is terrific, two young guys, Giuseppe and Enrico; could not do enough to make our 4 day stay a great experience. The town is fairly dead, but the location is perfect for traveling to the islands and the south-west coast of Sardinia. I highly recommend this hotel.
