Review 1：The room was smelly, very badly lit, dark and dingy. No lift to go up to the room. Definitely not worth the tariff, or the rating that booking.com has shown. Neither star ratings nor travellers ratings of booking.com seem reliable. Have been rating 2 and 3 star facilities as 5 star...

Review 2：People usually don't know English. As we don't know Italian, we had to use iTranslate app, Turkish-Italian-Turkish sentences. So that we could understand signor and he could understand us.

Review 3：We were welcomed and hosted kindly. Signor took care of our needs, and he was so cheerful. We are thankful. Rooms were so clean, breakfast was good, wifi was ok. Location is perfect, so close to the train station and the Via Emilia-the centre of Reggio Emilia, and also Ristorante A Mangiare.
