Review 1：Aside from the fabulous location and the quaintness of the cobblestone street front; ALL STAFF were absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Not once were we met with anything less than a smile; in fact, the norm was a genuine desire to help and assist us in any way possible. Tatiana especially deserves kudos: we stayed for a week, and nothing was too much trouble.....!

Review 3：-The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in a nice building in centre of Reggio Emila. So you really enjoy the hotel itself and the fact that all the cute and nice streets are waiting you outside the hotel. - real Italy-feeling! - tasty and clean, beautiful rooms! - very good breakfast! - excellen service - nice windows and nice view! - very comfortable bed! - very nice bathroom!

Review 11：Charming hotel in the town center in an old palace. Spacious rooms, quiet, comfortable, antique furniture in the hotel (meeting rooms, etc.). Good restaurant.

Review 12：the hotel was excellent. Situated in the heart of the city, walking distance from one of the main squares.Very good breakfast with homemade cakes. we stayed in the Deluxe double room, one of the two on the last floor, and it was simply gorgeus.

Review 13：If you are renting a car they do provide parking outside of the building or in a garage but be aware that you may have to drive through a group of teens that hang on the corner to get back to the hotel. The teens are harmless but you have to beep the horn to get through. There was a man who came out and got most of the teens to move along so that we could get through. If you don't have a rental car then disregard.

So helpful and friendly - we wereexhausted and on a motorcycle traveling hundreds of miles - they let uspark in a special place and went out of their way to be helpful givingdirections and even making calls for us. The room was very large, withthree big windows, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would staythere again. It was a great location.
