Review 3：Very nice and friendly staff. Location is very good, just out of the traffic but still very close to main interest places. We suggest it especially when travelling with babies or young children

Review 6：We enjoyed the top floor suite with a beautiful view and great spa in the bathroom. Everything was neat and clean and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking and ski storage. The hotel is very close to the ski lifts in Pinzolo.

Review 7：The breakfast menu could be more variegated. The blankets are thin for the winter time for me, however this could my personal problem as I like warm and thick blankets.

Review 8：I liked almost everything. We had very big room with two bathrooms, very clean, well decorated, good furniture. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Review 9：Noise problems. One night the floor above us was occupied by some activeyoung people, and we could hear lots of noise and footsteps the wholenight. Another night there was a party in the basement floor but wecould hear it very loud in the room. Wifi Internet very unstable andcould hardly be used. I'd go for the upper floors next time due tothe noise. It wasn't horrible though, but still disturbing when youwant to relax.

Review 10：We had the family room on the 1st floor for 6 nights, which was verycomfortable with separate units for us and for the kids. Thebathrooms were very clean and comfortable with good soaps :) Andoverall the room was fun to live in. Breakfast is very good as welland staff was friendly.
