Review 1：It was not easy to find although it is very close to the bus station. The building is right next to the alliance bank and you need to go into the area next to the hotlink shop. A security guard will let you into the lift area and you need to go to the 8th floor. Don't be put off by the entrance as the flat itself is excellent and people who live are very friendly.There was no fridge to keep drinks chilled which was the only disappointment.
Review 2：Jens home stay had the most fanastic views. The shared lounge area was large and very comfortable. The bedroom was also very comfortable and the whole flat was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Location is great. We were given lots of helpful information on arrival.
Review 3：No connecting toilet and need to share a toilet with another room patron. Luckily, my stay is only us for the whole apartment. The outlook of the apartment is rather rundown but the interiors are neatly and sleepily furnished.
Review 4：Jen is a great host explains her place so well. Her dining recommendations heightens my food connosieur escapades to a more esctactic level. Sea facing apartment and walking distance to Chinatown and city centre.

Review 6：The view from the common room, the kindness of our hosts, the market downstairs to have breakfast, the vibe of the neighborhood. I stayed at Jen's Homestay twice, once on my way to Pulau Kapas, another on my way to pulau Perhentian. Both times my plane was delayed but Jen's husband waited for us and gave us a lot a tips to enjoy the area. The second time, I didn't think twice and stayed there again when my brother came visit. He forgot hi charger and Jen mailed it back to us in KL.
Review 7：Gave me an insight of the appartment buildings a traveller otherwise never get to see from the inside. But Jen and Pat renovated their place to meet western standards!

Review 10：We just got off Kapas Island and had one night to spend in Kuala T. Stepping into the homestay was a great feeling. Everything was clean and modern and the view was great. Jen was extremely helpful in giving us advice on where to eat and explore.

Review 13：The appt block is shabby, and we were rather concerned when we arrived, but Jen was right, HER places are good.
Review 14：Jen is a total star: very welcoming, and super-helpful. We stayed in 2 of her apps, 8-12 which has just been refurbished, and 14-4 which she is refurbing. It is bigger than 8-12, with working kitchen, large verandah and beautiful wooden floor. Both have aircon. Great location, right by Chinatown and v near the bus station/taxi rank.
Review 15：Location was superb - 1 minute walk away from Chinatown. Jen and Patrick were amazing, friendly hosts, making sure to take care of whatever it is you need. They had great suggestions about where to go/what to see/eat. Jen made me a 1-day itinerary and Patrick got me local pastry for breakfast. The room and bed were very cosy, comfortable. Toilet very spacious and clean. There's a kitchen area and separate dining area to use. WiFi a little weak in the day but speeds up significantly at night.
