Review 1：I booked online 3months before we stayed here. Upon arrival, staff member told us the hotel turns into a nightclub on Saturdays nights until 3am and we just happened to be staying there on a Saturday night. We were hoping they'd stop the 'music' before 3am, but no chance of that. Try getting a good night's sleep with that! The spring beds sagged in the middle so much, they looked like they were about to collapse onto us and were extremely uncomfortable!! I emailed them to lodge a complaint but there was no response. When I rang up and complained the following week, I was told by the duty manager he would pass it onto the owners and they would be in touch, but now a month later, and I still haven't heard anything.
Review 2：Friday and Saturday night the hotel hosts a noisy nightclub for under 30's until 3am. No chance of sleeping until after then. Uncomfortable bed. Parking is now a beer garden.
Review 3：Nothing really. It was convenient and we are booked again for a post vineyard concert sleep next year.
Review 4：It is cheap and cheerful. We booked to stay after the Hope Estate concert (Elton John). The beds were creaky but comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean. Hotel staff were very nice and the security staff on our return challenged us in a bolshie way but we found it very funny. It was a good location for getting to the concert by bus (10 minute walk to marshalling area) and the bus dropped us at the door on the way back. The pub and was loud on our return (they were good) and we slept well as the sound was muffled by this sturdy old building.

Review 7：The room only had a double bed not a queen as sold to us. The hotel was hosting a private function that went to 0300 on Sunday 08 NOV 2015. The communal toilets/showers, onto ensuite. The window in the male shower was screwed open and there were no curtains to screen me from other guests sitting on the balcony outside. The breakfast was 'continental' but no milk at the time we tried to have breakfast.

Review 9：There's no mention on the website of the disco that rages on till 3am Friday and Saturday nights. The bass was so loud my whole room shook and I had drunken loud teenagers vomiting outside my window until 5am both nights. You think you're booking a quiet county hotel, but it's impossible to get any rest in this hotel. Also, they advertise secure onsite parking, but on Friday-Saturday you have to move your car overnight to a public car park with no security and hope the drunken yobbos don't trash it. Wifi is non-existent. Unless you're 18-19 looking for somewhere to crash after a big night, forget the Belmore Hotel.

Review 19：Worst room I have ever stayed in anywhere in Australia.Beds rocked like a rocking horse,only 1 cupboard in the room and that was about 1 foot wide and 2 feet high.

Review 23：The rooms were not in good condition and obviously years of nicotine stains on the walls and ceiling. They felt and looked dirty. Bathrooms were shared and the overall feeling was you wouldn't sit on the toilets let alone walk barefoot in them. Several rats were running around outside in the beer garden so not good if you had children there and the breakfast is just cereal and bread in the share kitchen which you help yourself to, but the stained cups etc wouldn't encourage you to.
