Review 1：The only issue we had was that the main gate into to the hotel was always locked and on occasion we had to wait sometime before someone came to open it.
Review 2：The staff were friendly and professional without being intrusive. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful - spacious, furnished to a high standard with a private terrace. The food served in the evening was of a very high standard.

Review 6：This was the most agreeable surprise of the whole trip in Morocco!!! This place is incredibly beautiful, rooms are very nicely decorated and extremely spacious. And most of all, everything has been planned and thought to offer the best service to the clients. Exclusive! Extraordinary! Excellent! The couple (Monica and Amin) running this place is young, full of energy and good will to make any miracle happen. And you really feel they do happen at Masandoia! And if one day you visit this place, make sure you try the hamam and a real bath, the lady is just the best... If this is not the paradise, it is the next door to it!! Already dreaming to go back!

Review 8：The ac could've been a little stronger because Erfoud wasextremely hot.The satellite TV had the most channels of anyplace we stayed, but signal was very spotty. This is not the fault of the hotel, but just a FYI.
Review 9：Palais Masandoia is hands down the nicest property inErfoud/Merzouga. The property is less than a year old and beautiful.Rooms are huge, well decorated and very comfortable, service is terrificand the food is the best in this area of Morocco. We happily ate all ofour meals there. The property has a very intimate feel because it isquite large, but only has 17 rooms.The GM, Philippe, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He helped organize a very memorable 4x4 sunrise excursion to Erg Chebbi for me and my 5-months pregnant wife.
