Review 1：Stayed in room 401A. The bathroom was largely unusable. The plug in the "plunger style" wash basin didn't work so the water wouldn't stay in the wash basin. The water flow from the shower was a mere dribble. The staff were very accommodating and let us use the bathroom inn the room next door (where everything did work properly) but if the hotel was fully booked it would have been a real problem. There appears to be no airconditioning in the corridors of the hotel outside the rooms and its hotter there than outside.

Review 5：The hotel was in easy walking distance to the convention that we attended, so great for that. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Review 11：The ladies at reception were not so knowledgeable. They were friendly but had little ideas where some things were located in town. We had to go to the other property in town to get information.
Review 12：After booking.com suggested, we got an upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Apartment. The apartment was big and beautiful. It had good anemeties. The wifi and parking was very good.

Review 15：The room in itself was outstanding, but its sometimes the little things that make a difference like the charging station built into the work desk with a charger for literally every type of device, a TV that just works like your one at home, not some convoluted remote and menu system etc etc. I do a lot of travel and usually stay in the big brands but this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while. They seem to concentrate on the things that matter, not how the fruit is organised in the bowl

When we arrived at our room, the beds were configured wrong and we had to phone down. Again we were spoken to very rudely. When checking out and organising a cab to the airport, staff were rude again and were very unhelpful.
