Review 1：opposite a small football stadium so could be noisy if a match was on.Ask for bedroom at the back of hotel

Review 3：The air conditioning unit was quite noisy and powerful for a small room (although essential in the heat). The mini fridge in room didn't work so well, although staff kindly let us use their fridge in the bar on the ground floor. A kettle and cups in the room would have made it even better
Review 4：The hotel was well-located (close to the railway station) and perfect for the places we wanted to visit. It was also a fairly short walk into the town centre. All hotel staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous, going out of their way to help us with queries and requests.The room was comfortable and clean.

Review 9：They gave me a wrong room, e.g. a lower room category than I booked/ paid for. They realised the mistake after the first night and offered to change but I declined as I only booked 2 nights and I did not want to change room anymore. Room was very small but clean and ok.

Review 30：Hard beds to the extent that I had to lay doubled over spare blankets from the wardrobe onto my mattress to try to soften it. The elderly gentleman serving at breakfast watched our every move and every piece of food we put onto our plates. One egg omelette too salty to eat and was banged down onto our table when presented to us by the elderly gentleman, as were our coffees also banged down with equal force - didn't think waiters like this still existed in Italy!
Review 31：Very friendly and helpful male receptionist. Spacious and secure garage parking for our car. 24 hour gym and sauna which you use your room key to access and which I utilised at about 11 o'clock in the evening. Excellent location for exploring the town of Reggio Emilio and the receptionist readily agreed to let us leave our car in the garage for a few hours to explore the town centre after we'd checked out.
Review 32：Staff not very welcoming at reception, the lady was expressionless. Room was dusty. Bar area at reception is a no, no for me, not relaxing. Better if it was in a room off reception. Wifi in the room was desperately slow.
