Review 1：none. it is important to set your expectation, you get a room in a remote and small village in the countryside
Review 2：Roberto and his family are always useful and smiling. wifi and breakfast were better than expected (for italian standards). i also liked the setting with the rooms not located in the bar but in a separate building that gave us the feeling of being at home.
Review 3：Once you are checked in, you are on your own to wander down to the tavern for breakfast--which is basic and not of particularly high quality, but good enough. Some fruit, yogurt, good caffeine, and low-quality pastry. Not overly friendly service, but competent. We were served juice we didn't like on the first morning and asked if we could just have water the next morning. This was remembered, so can't complain about the service. Just don't expect to be gushed on or asked "how was your day?"
Review 4：Price, location, quiet. (Sovana is an interesting tiny village, near good Etruscian and other ruins.) This is an affordable accommodation and I would stay again if I were in the area.

Review 10：-Just a tiny thing - English people need milk with their tea please!!! -Yes the room was not enormous, but it was NOT ridiculously small! -When we arrived, about 7pm, there was no warm shower for some reason. Next morning was fine though.
Review 11：Very good value to stay in such a charming, quiet ancient place as Sovana. And a kettle! Hurrah! So peaceful a place. Didn't fully appreciate it until we'd moved on. Good breakfast provided at the bar.
