Review 1：Parents room was very cold, was told it had been unused for a while however would if been good to put heating on before our arrival, required extra blankets for both rooms, no tea or coffee facilities available in the rooms.

Review 2：Staff very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfortable, would recommend this hotel

Review 3：Soap dispenser above bath didn't work. Although we notified the cleaning lady, it stayed like that till the end of our stay, and we had to buy our own.

Review 4：Although you can't see it from the hotel the seaside is very close to the hotel. Very large breakfast choice. Breakfast is taken in a very large and bright room. Family rooms are perfect: our boys loved the mezzanine where their part of the room was.

Review 5：- be aware of the tax which is not include in the room price, even the little baby is applicable. - there is no water kattle in the room (for tea or coffee), as we need it for making the milk for the baby, when I went to the reception to borrow it, there was no staff showing up after waiting for 5 mins, I had to ask the bar staff to look for them. - the double bed is only 2 single beds put together. - the wall of the room is very thin, we had someone next door had barking dog and crying baby which can be heard easily. - the staff was 'friendly' giving us the baby seat for bikes without tell me there is extra cost until I notice it myself on the receipt when I was asking about the price for renting the bike. Althought it wasn't much , the staff should have the responsibility to advise on the overall information/ price.

Review 15：Be aware you have to have a car, if you got small children, rooms are dangeous with spiral stairs, my little one fall down and it was very dangeous fall The staff at check out did not know who to work out credite card machine then tried many times, enter no wrongly , i have to use different card and spend an hour calling the bank in England to fix her mess, simple rules: if you do not know, just ask someone else

I've previously stayed upstairs where most rooms have a balcony. The heating worked well. A walk on the beach, even in January, was nice. I'm happy based on the rate paid.

Review 21：The hotel is very well situated next to the beach, not far from the village. The personnel is nice, breakfast very good and the room comfortable. We appreciated our stay very much.

Review 65：We had a room right next to reception and with a connecting door, it was very noisy. Also, it was a bit expensive for what it was. Avoid the beachclub, service very bad there, we walked away without being served, and it was not even busy.

Review 67：Designer decor put bathroom light switch on the opposite side of where the door opens - really annoying!. Glass bathroom door - the light wakes up your partner in the middle of the night when you use the bathroom. Recessed downlight in bathroom - never good enough for doing make-up. Shrimp bisque was terrible. Really watery and tasteless.

Review 69：In a hotel of this quality, it is usual to have for example a room fridge, tea and coffee facilities and an iron. When we arrived, the lighting was switched off in the corridors leading to a potentially dangerous fall by my wife who could not see steps in the dark corridor.

My room was modern, well maintained, & had a balcony. There was also a hairdryer hidden under the sink. Some TV channels in English; including BBC1. Just over the sand-dune is the beach which, even in February, is great to walk along and clear the mind. Delighted based on the out-of-season rate I paid.

Review 76：The service at the Beach Club was very, very slow. It's too bad because the location, the view, the vibe, etc. is absolutely fantastic. Just go BEFORE you are hungry and don't take a long time to decide what you want; otherwise, you will be ready to eat your arm off by the time the food actually comes.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The location in the dunes is excellent! It's a short walk to the wonderful sand beach and the hotel rents/loans sports equipment. The outdoor pool is heated too! Lots to do!!!

Review 78：light color (bright) in bathroom looked on the pictures as if the room was on one floor but it turned out to be that there was an upstairs and downstairs. I had imagined it to be a large space but the room itself is actually quite small where the beds are.

Review 81：We arrived very early, and although we couldn't access our room yet, the very friendly lady from reception told us that we were very welcome to use the hotel facilities straight away (most important for the children due to the high temperatures: the outdoor swimming pool). The same applied to the day of departure: it was no problem to stay - after check-out at 11.00 am - for the rest of the day at the pool. The family suite was a pleasant surprise: very spacious, stretching out over two floors, with a big balcony. It offered enough privacy for all family members. The location is also superb: quiet, outside the seaside resorts, but within walking distance (just a couple of minutes) from a superb beach, where we enjoyed on our last evening coffee and deserts at the hotels own 'beach club'. There also very friendly staff. Just two small remarks: it is a pity that the rooms have no minibar/fridge. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a sundowner.... Upon check-in we learned that the hotel does offer room service, but that was not clearly communicated (they hand out a piece of paper with information, but don't advertise this service). But all in all: very recommendable!
