Review 1：For the second time of us visiting the hotel the Spa (the main reason we choose it) was closed - this time it was 'broken' last time it was 'out of season' also the hotel restaurant was also closed (for the Christmas season) - would have been nice to have known this prior to arriving expecially as I asked when I booked....

Review 4：Legnano is a good location to stay if you want to visit the Milano Expo. The hotel is modern and have everything you might need including good car parking and good restaurant and at a more than reasonable price.

Review 5：The location wasn't the best (3km from the railway station). The spais closed for summer (according to the staff: 'people do not want touse swimming pool in the summer because it's too hot'). No roomservice. No lunch service in the hotel restaurant.

Review 7：We only booked the hotel to use the pool & spa - when we arrived wewere told the spa was closed from May - September - surely this must beexplained on the booking.com website - the temperature in Italy was 40celsius when I made the booking and having driven all day my wife and Iwere so looking forward to relaxing in the pool - We were not very happyto find out that every year this facility is not available in the summer- we would certainly not have stayed here if we had known that

Review 9：Two train stations are a bit too far: about 2km (Legnano) and 3 km (Castellanza), both 15€ by the hotel taxi. Swimming pool and Spa were closed.

Review 10：Staff and service exceeds any expectations. They are always there and helpful: call them on the phone and ask to send a taxi to pick you up, or in the hotel go to the reception and ask a favour to help you with your private problem - 100% positive response. They speak English very well. Breakfast is high quality and excellent variety. Rooms and facilities are extra large, very well equipped and look brand new and hygienic quality. Location is in between all different tourist attraction places, such as 26 mins/3.60€ by train to Milan, 45 mins/4€ to lake Maggiore (Arona), 55€ to Malpensa Airport by taxi if called by the hotel. From Legnano trains go to Milano Porta Garibaldi, from Castellanza - to Milano Centrale.

Review 11：AC in our 2 rooms not working. Poor service at the breakfast by indifferent waiters (exception: a very busy and freindly waitress), coffe mashine permanently overloaded, when working good cappuccino; Spa (run by different operator) NOT included (18EUR extra), no towels (were "finished" this day - though we were the first guests this day!)

Review 15：Due to the hot weather (almost 30 degrees) and location of the room (west facing), the room was very hot & humid, but the airco was still set up to deal with cooler weather so only having 22 degrees as a minimum temperature. Therefore the room was too hot & humid and I had to open my window, which was a bit noisy ...

Review 16：Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable My room was very spacious with lots of storage space Breakfast was excellent, as there was a wide variety on offer with fresh fruit, bread, pastries, etc. I was particularly impressed with the Gluten free products Location is quite good, even for Milan, as the train station is walking distance, from which you can reach the centre of Milan, Rho Fiera for the 2015 Expo and Malpensa airport.

Review 17：Even they charge 4 times the normal rate during the furniture exhibition in Milan, they do not turn on the general air con because they said it is centralized.... we had 3 rooms in different floors, everybody where melting during the night and the sleep was pretty bad !!!

Review 25：Room was cold despite heating full on. Breakfast was terrible, had to wait for milk, and other things to be replenished. There was a busload of schoolchildren and they overrun the place and there were not enough staff on to cope. This was a day where a very cold night and a coach party caught the hotel out.

Review 27：the staff unfriendly room cold and the extra blanked was delivered but it was dirty. there was no iron or possibility to use the iron at the hotel. it was weekend so the laundry was closed at the hotel. the shower was broken but they fixed it. spas kostet 18 euros for just 2 hours and prices go high for nothing really special.

Review 30：The restaurant food was a tad too fancy for our liking, so we didn't fancy eating there. Bit tricky finding restaurants in Legnano that served nice traditional italian food. (Would recommend the italian opposite Fuddruckers.)

Review 31：Staff were nice, very clean, nice bar area to sit and have a drink, breakfast did the job. We were staying for the Formula 1 in Monza and had hired a car to drive there and back every day. We had a phone call from the reception one night saying other guests had advised they were going and the hotel were trying to arrange a minibus. We explained we had a hire car. The next night, they called to say their minibus was full but remembered we were taking a car - would we be interested in taking two other guests and split the travel costs. We were impressed how far they went out of their way to help guests!

Review 32：Comfortable bed and convenient desk, excellent wi-fi. The tea and coffee facilities in the room. Also I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, still the receptionist kindly found a room for me, so I did not have to wait.

Review 36：That people were allowed to smoke in the first room as you enter the hotel. You have to cross this room to get to reception/breakfast or indeed to your room and walking through a plume of smoke unpleasant. (not electronic ones). Not same indoor smoking rules as UK obviously.

Review 37：The quality of the cereals at breakfast- but it seems to be a pattern in Italy. They are not good at serving good cereals. They should upgrade to the "K" brand. Leaving this small detail aside it was a great stay and will definitely be back:).

Review 99：This hotel basically lies in the hotel webpages by listing all kinds of activities while not even offering them to the customers. For example, the booking.com webpages and the hotel webpages lista fittness centre as one of the activities. Howerver, these is no fittness center in the hotel or not even in the Spa located next to the hotel. While asked from the receptionist of the hotel, the explanation was, that the hotel keeps listing all kinds of activities, which you can do in the location and these have nothing to do with the activities you can do in the hotel facilities. As one other guest of this hotel also mentioned, marketing services that cannot be offered is a pure scam. I would suggest removing this hotel from the Booking.com service since these kind of hotels deteriota booking.com reputation as a service provider.

This hotel is not too far from Milan center, yet You better have a car in case (about 30 mins drive).
