Review 1：Sad to see the restaurant wasn't open this trip. The food there is amazing!!
Review 2：This is the third time we've stayed here and we will continue to go back. The staff are lovely, the rooms are more than adequate, the beds are comfy and you couldn't fault the price. For a budget stay it's great value for money.
Review 3：The management were very rude. Wifi was limited to 250mb per day, which is ridiculous and was advertised as free wifi. Found used condom in the bathroom bin from the previous guests. Restaurant not open on weekends??? The owners need education and experience.
Review 4：I would definately change all the carpets and fresh paint and generally revamp looks old and bar fridges i dont care if they are overnighters not suitable.

Review 8：Good value for money for our three day stay and although on the main road our room was quiet. After booking I read some very negative reviews and was hesitant about what we would find however our room was clean, fresh and adequate for our needs.

Maybe polishing 1-2 times a week, marks on wall where youeat and mirrors 1/2 hearted. Room has lots of potential :-) best sofar that we have thanked .....cheers xx

The staff were helpful and lenient with helping my sister and myself out (had car troubles and had to stay another night) and let us check in to another room early instead of the normal 2pm check in. Its a great location everything is so close! It was quiet and the rooms were a great value for the price! I have to attend Bundy again later this month for university and have already booked to stay here for another four days. Thank you!

At the very least explain to the guest before they get the room and offer them the option to take it or not. Review 90：The first impression of the room was dirty. The carpet was filthy and the room always smelt of cheap deodoriser. Before using the noisy air conditioner the filter had to be cleaned as it was absolutely filthy and the airconditioner was unable to run at its full capacity and if we were to use this may have become ill breathing it all in. The fly screen in the bathroom was covered in thick dirt. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor and the room looked nothing like the pictures on the net. I would recommend viewing the room before checking in and paying

Would not go back there again. Saturday was noisy in the afternoon period. night was reasonable.
