Review 1：Iron and ironing board not available to guests. Just a basic, no frills hotel. Nothing special but probably as good as you can find in that location for the price.

Review 3：The breakfast was poor and not delicious. The Wifi was slow and there wasn't electricity sometimes. It's not worth to have 3 stars.

Review 5：Pictures are much better than actual condition of rooms. Dusty smell, old furniture, old paint on the walls and poorly "cleaned" bathroom....

We had to remove debris from table ourselves) 3-Complementary tea/coffee offered on each floor: No one controlled that the thermos for hot water was regularly filled- and that when filled, the water was at least hot

Review 10：I found the WiFi frustrating, as you had to get a new password from the front desk almost every day. The connection in my room was intermittent and I was unable to use Skype.

Review 11：I thought the staff were very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by my room. The bathroom was modern and clean and the room was big and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast and how quiet the hotel was.

Review 12：It's old Italian hotel, rooms with old furnitures, need to be refresh, Wi-Fi was very low and poor or even with no access. Smeel in toilet form pipes was awful. Breakfast standard continental. Slow iron service.

Review 16：This hotel is in a good location, close to the train station with easy access to Venice and other towns. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good, with cereals, eggs, meats, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and teas. We stayed three days here and breakfast never got boring :) Our room was very spacious for a triple room, with two rooms and two bathrooms - both very clean. The only suggestion we had for management was that one of our bed mattress needed to be replaced, as it was a bit worn and uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay here was good. Free parking and good, reliable WIFI signal
