Review 1：We came on Sunday , and the restaurant was not working, next day they gave us sandwich with insect, and wifi was always turning off, before you quarell with personal.

Review 2：We asked to have breakfast half an hour earlier than scheduled. The receptionist assured us that it was possible, but the next morning a colleague of him told us that she had not received any information about our request. Despite having paid 300 Euros for one night, we had to leave without breakfast.

Review 5：I stayed in room #407 which was divided by a door from another room. Me and my neighbors, we're hearing each others bath, phone, conversations ant etc. At the time of my visit, sauna / Turkish bath were not functioning but no remarks about that at booking.com

Review 6：Very close to the motorway. The aircon in our room did not work meaning the window had to remain open with the motorway only 200 yards away. The reception area was smart but the room was in serious need of upgrading. The tiny shower had a cheap plastic door and was impossible to adjust.

Review 8：WORST THING: Booked this hotel and not another one because of the wellness possibilities. Sauna and Hamam were off. Did not look inviting at all. I asked for a massage, the answer was there is no massage, although it is advertised in the internet!!! Food was not good and was served cold (!); even the filetto balsamico was tasteless. Reserved an executive room NOT on the main street. Got it but on the main street. When asked to change, got a smaller room on the other side, but the price was not reduced. WiFi not very reliable. No possibility to sit in the lobby. It is huge, but hardly with seating possibilities, and when yes, there were no tables to put the drinks on. Cannot go anywhere at night; far from the city.

Review 10：The dinner was among the worst I have had in Italy. The main course was not edible. The room was exceptionally hot. No thermo control in the room - I was told to open the window by the night staff - not great when your room fronts onto a motorway. Result: No sleep!!

The tea tray we had to ask for each day was not good nd not to the standard expected plastic cups and powdered milk are not what one would expect from a 4* hotel what a let down on an otherwise good experience

Review 29：We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and a jacuzzi. We were told after we had checked in that there was a staff party so we couldn't use the restaurant and there were no staff to allow us to use the jacuzzi either! Comfy bed, clean room - safe and predictable option.

Review 35：The hotel location was in between a business/manufacturing building, and a small farm. Even though our room was facing the back, there was a lot of road noise and train noise. It felt like it was squeezed into the location. Breakfast was OK, but poor coffee/espresso. The room was very small for the price we paid. Every day there was a big conference, so many people coming and going. The fitness center was supposed to be open at a certain time, but was not. The fan in the bathroom and fan controls on the wall were broken/smashed and not repaired. I would rate the hotel 2.5 stars, and there are much better places for the price we paid.

Review 40：Everything. Modern upgrade in a classic tradition. A real 4 star hotel. An interesting touch is the provision of different pillows to suit one's preference. Breakfast was full and complete. A strange "Bio" corner with items that didn't make much sense. Parking was freely available.

Review 41：Due to low number of guests on the weekends, the restaurant is closed. There are a few restaurants nearby, but if you stayed very long, you would need a car to drive into town to restaurants because their free shuttle only operates during the week.
