Review 1：The facilities started to be weary and a on time maintenance may need to be tightly monitored to ensure the facilities / hotel itself a pleasant place for resting. Also, quite disappointing that room was not cleaned up / tidied up at all during our 3D2N stay even though we hang the request notice over the door knob.

Review 13：First thing is that one of the staff, her name is nisa if not mistakenliterally teased my name upon check in which is not a very polite thingto do. Second, when the hair dryer in my room broke down, it tooks mesome time to try convince the staff to lend me another new dryer. Staffmanagement obviously needed. Lastly, it gets a bit noisy at night.

Review 31：There are a number of really simple things JSuites could do to improveits offering.Advertise their rooms accurately, if a room has no window make it perfectly clear that's the case.Provide a map of the local area pointing out areas of interest, restaurants, ATMs etc, have tourist information leaflets available. Even the most basic hotel we've stayed in has had these and they're invaluable to a tourist. The response from JSuites when asking for information was 'no map'.Some additions: There was no fridge, which seems a basic item in all the other places we've stayed in Malaysia.The 'welcome' book in the room has one page in it, not such a welcoming page at that, it lists the costs for everything in the room, that you will be charged for if anything goes missing. Which brings me to the safe, which will cost you 400rm and is totally portable as it is not fastened to the wall. So very secure then. The welcome book could actually be welcoming and tell visitors about Terengganu and the surrounding areas and that most places are closed Fridays and Saturday.Improve the wifi: when we could get on it, it was ineffective, but most of the time it was non existent.Better checking: The room wasn't dirty, but there was a thick layer of dust on the top of the bedhead and every shelf and between the bath and the wall was filled with debris and clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. We had to ask for a clean duvet cover as ours had blood on it, as did the replacement. Looked like someone doing the laundry had a cut finger but gross whatever the reason.The loo roll when we checked in was almost finished, have a spare in the room.There was a Kettle, woohoo! But the plug didn't fit the socket without an adapter that was not present.

Review 32：We stayed at JSuites for 2 nights while doing a month road trip ofMalaysia. When we arrived we found we were checked into a room with nowindows. We have been careful, having noticed this is common inMalaysia, to always select a room with a window so went straight back toreception to get it sorted out. The receptionists adequate Englishsuddenly disappeared and no rooms with windows in the whole hotel w ereavailable. Until a young man who was in the foyer apologised to us andtold the receptionist to put us in a window room at no extra charge. Thereceptionist then told us it would be an extra 200rm a night but beforewe could respond the young man, looking a bit annoyed, reiterated it wasto be free and apologised again and introduced himself as the ownersson, doing an audit of the hotel for his father. Thank cheese!All the room cleaning staff we interacted with were lovely and friendly and the night manager also.

Review 33：As this is a low class hire (probably one of the better one in that town), it naturally attracts uncivilized patrons thus, making unbearable noise at 4am along the common corridor. And I was very sure they r not ghost as I went outside to scold them. And their wifi is next to non existence

Review 38：The hotel is in a very seedy area of Kuala Terengganu and therefore, not recommended for families travelling with kids. We had to keep our room window closed at all times to avoid the kids from seeing anything from the flats right beside the hotel. The parking is an open gravel space at the back of the hotel. Didn't appear to be the safest area. I should have paid just a bit more to get a proper hotel.

Review 42：1. Noted the stay will make up the room if we "switch ON" the sign to make up the room before 5.00 p.m. Unfortunately, when we went back to the room @ 11.00 p.m, it was not done! 2. We're staying at 1st floor, room no 1019. We can't sleep as there were children running at the corridor at 7.00 a.m in the morning for a few hours , also at 12.00 p.m at night for about 1 hour, and none of the staff went up to stop them! 3. They only provided 2 pillow. No extra cushion as shown in the picture. 4. The toilet bowl was a bit dirty, got some stain. But we managed to clean it with tissues. 5. Got connected to WiFi, but the coverage were really slow.

Review 69：Family room bed quite hard not comfy, a lot mosquito, lack of amenities such as tissue box, toilet quite smelly and worse is the wall is so thin tat u can heard people having conversation from the other. Cant sleep peacefully. Parking lot indicate need to reserve but actually its first come first basis and very likely fully occupied by the residentand staff working nearby. Not a private parking. People who drive not advisable to park to stay in that hotel more suitable for solo traveller who dont mind mosquito bite.

Review 75：We were two couples when traveling and staying at J Suites Hotel. The lobby looked nice but the rooms are quite small and they do not have any windows. When we arrived out bed was dirty with hairs and also the bathrooms did not look very clean. Additionally we found the feedback formular from one of the previous guests. Seems like feedback is not very welcome. AC worked fine. During the night it was quite loud because you hear everything fm from the other rooms and the floor. So don't forget your ear plugs. The price was quite low but for a facility called hotel we expected a little bit more.
