Review 4:Quiet location - beautiful views over vineyards and valleys of Tuscany Downstairs restaurant serves delicious food Very friendly staff Bed was comfortable with a stylish room decor Walking distance to Radda in Chianti
Review 5:We were transferred to le Noci which was well out of Radda. 2 of our group had no efficient air conditioning and were not given a fan to help with very hot room.
Review 6:A great pool. Restaurant at le Vigne was very good.
Review 7:it was hard to find and the location was diferent from the one on booking (i.e. maps), so he had to take the car to go to Radda.
Review 8:situated in the midle of the vines this hotel is great to be in the middle of rural tuscany with friendly staff and a clean and confortable room.
Review 9:Just some words of advice - The location wasn't where the Booking.com website showed. It is east of Radda in Chianti, down the hill before you reach the next village called Villa. You will see a sign post to Le Vigne on the road SR 429. We could walk to it with luggage from the bus stop in Radda in Chianti.
Review 10:Friendly reception from Leonardo, quiet location in the vineyards, outdoor swimming pool, hot sunny weather in late September.
Review 11:Facilities run down, toilet did not flush, television miniscule, grounds a bit unkempt.
Review 12:Pool overlooking the vineyards of Chianti. Location close to town. Traditional stone villa.
Review 13:everything was real nice
Review 14:Nice view, good location
Review 15:It was very hot and air conditioning would have been helpful. However an efficient fan helped a lot.
Review 16:Wonderful setting, good food, nice staff
Review 17:no air conditioning in the room bu may become a problem Only full summer
Review 18:location, food
Review 19:very peaceful and quiet place, nice restaurant with delicious menu, felt like on visit by friends
Review 20:Great location
Review 21:Lovely location just outside of Radda. Very welcoming members of staff and the on site restaurant had absolutely amazing food! Especially the desserts! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
Review 22:GPS location was not clear.Walk to town not suitable in the dark, or in wet weather
Review 23:This rural setting, overlooking farming land, within walking distance of Radda, gave a sense of relaxation
Review 24:The sorrounding vineyards, the rocky style construtcions and the excellent service of the staff make the stay at hotel Le Vigne an amazing and unforgetable experience. Leonardo has warmly welcomed us to the hotel and made ourselves as confortable as possible. Another highlight is their restaurant. High class dinner to remember. Excellent hotel!
Review 25:Excellent position in a rural setting. The rooms were large and spacious, opening onto a rural view and the sounds of birds and farming activities. The walk into town through the local tracks was pleasant but not suitable in the dark and the rain. The restaurant downstairs made the common areas fragrant with the possibility of a hearty meal, and was convenient for breakfast and meals. Radda itself was a pretty little town.
Review 26:Facilities not in top shape, furniture old & crumbling. Very difficult to find, gps coordinates wrong, and signs on road direct one to the main restaurant (& hotel?, which is not where we stayed). We were directed to a place signed as "Le Fontanelle". I'm still confused.
Review 27:Idyllic spot in countryside, splendid views. A lot of space for the money.
Review 28:The staff were very warm and obliging, and the location amongst the vineyards of Chianti is very beautiful. The restaurant is excellent. The self-contained two bedroom stone house we booked was spacious, the views from the windows were stunning and the kitchen was well-equipped, although the main room would benefit from the addition of a comfortable sofa.
Review 29:When we arrived we were told that the hotel was booked but they can refer us to another hotel nearby. It was not that near but they gave us a very nice room. The other hotel was called de naci. Afterall the hassle the stay was ok
Review 30:The staff was friendly and spoke very good english.
Review 31:Road to hotel wasnt in good condition..problematic asphalt road..better to arrive during daylight.
Review 32:We have beautiful view from our window. There was also swimming pool.
Review 33:If this hotel had air con would be a 11 out of10. Rooms are hot at night, even with the desk top fan,if you open the windows - insects fly in. A cheaper solution would be to fit fly screens. Bit of a "track" through the vineyards
Review 34:Fantastic location and views over rolling Chianti vineyards. Stayed for 8 nights and really got the laid back feeling. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food fantastic, both lunch and dinner. One evening had the "Florintina" a 900gm T Bone
Review 35:The road to the hotel is very rough terrain and could do with evening out, we were scared we would damage our hire car. The shower in our room wasn't the best. The pool area was a bit rough around the edges.
Review 36:Staff were extremely friendly we arrived late but to a very warm welcome from the owner. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Was nice to have a table outside the room on the terrace for drinks.
Review 37:- attention for the staff, during our stay somebody has stolen our mony when we were sightseeing, we have forgotten my wife's purse when we went to Flornece, and when we returned there was no 300 euro - no ac, only fan - no possibility to make a tee or coffe in the room - although we had reservation the first night we had to spend in other hotel because all rooms were occupied, we moved in the next day
Review 38:- good location in the heart of Chianti - good restaurant
Review 39:Quite a lot of paint fell off from the walls in the room.
Review 40:Kind and friendly Staff. We felt very welcome. Fantastic view from the restaurant. Spacsious family room.
Review 41:The location for us cyclists was a bit confusing to find
Review 42:The view from our room The friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were to us The cleanliness
Review 43:Walls paper thin so did hear other guests. Shower leaked all over floor. Was not walking distance into town.
Review 44:Staff was great, location beautiful. Dinners at Le Vigne were quite good. Lovely being in the middle of vineyards.
Review 45:Le Vigne was not on our gps so it was tricky to find. The tourist office in Radda was closed for siesta when we arrived, but there was a poster advertising the restaurant in town so we got directions. The turnoff should be better marked and the entry road needs work. I was glad we were driving a rental car rather than our own!
Review 46:The owners were very accommodating and friendly. There was problem with hot water which was quickly fixed. There was no writing table in the room, but it quickly appeared when we asked for one. Same with a coffee pot. The restaurant was outstanding!
Review 47:We were put up elsewhere (not near Hotel Le Vigne). The appartment wasvery damp, unclean. Lacking elementary kitchen equipment. Lighting wasinsufficient to read by. Blankets and floors unclean. Bathtub a shame. No wifi. Acces road neglected.
Review 48:Great location, ideal place to sit among the vineyards and drink wine.
Review 49:The smell in the room and the poor breakfast.
Review 50:The restaurant and the view are really great!
Review 51:We lived in the room near reception so were very noisy....Breakfast was poor.
Review 52:Location in wineyards
Review 53:Quiet, traditional Tuscan hotel. Small and simple. Winyard view from the bedroom.
Review 54:everything
Review 55:No bag nets in the windows & no ceiling fans nor air condition
Review 56:Great restuarunt & delicious food
Review 57:The first rooster crowing in the hour before dawn.
Review 58:My "Pollo alla Gaiolese" was delicious, but it was rabbit!
Review 59:Situation. Friendly.
