Review 1：We did not get the Desert trip option that the girl at reception said that we would get. Disappointing considering we paid 90Euro.
Review 2：Good location with swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast was excellent

Review 5：With communications being very important these days, not having a mobile phone service was disappointing. Not having wi-fi that worked in the bedroom was very poor. Not being able to make international telephone calls from the bedroom was dreadful. Come on, you can do better than this!
Review 6：The facilities are great at this hotel, especially the pool area. The buffet meals were very good, with plenty of choices. The staff were generally very good and welcoming.
Review 7："Reception staff" acted like they had no reservation for us though I had a print-out through booking.com and had a LOT of rude attitude. Not welcoming at all. But the rest of the staff was terrific and very nice.
