Review 2：the room was amazing, very comfortable, very clean and well decorated. very good bathroom. The staff was really friendly. Really nice location.

Review 5：It was difficult gaining access to the property. We rang the bell with no reply and then returned after an hour to try again and were fortunate that someone was leaving the building who kindly rang the property so that we could gain entry.

Review 12：Very pretty decolated clean "former palast" house, friendly kind informative staff, good breakfast, best service, middle in the town and reachable to all the main spots by foot, yet quiet, free wifi, where you can feel at home, everything is more than satisfied. Would definately come back next time in Piacenza.

Review 25：Unfortunately, the apartment sits above a narrow street, which turns out to be a well-used route for all sorts of vehicles - including trucks - well into the night and early morning. Earplugs are a must.

It was not a problem for me, but some people might not like the fact that you have to share the bathroom with other visitors (single bedrooms).

Review 45：This B&B opens directly off the street, and first impressions are a little misleading. Behind the door is a magnificent building which originally was a royal palace! The rooms are super modern and stylish whilst fitting sympathetically into the old and characterful environment. The breakfast was exceptional, with a very wide choice. This B&B is ideally situated for a visit to this lovely mediaeval city.

Review 101：My room was on the Via Roma so it was a bit noisy despite double glazing - but if you want quiet stay in the countryside! The hotel is on the first floor of an elegant larger building and is not easy to identify from the street. It is difficult to stop and unload near the hotel entrance

Review 102：This place is a gem! Large rooms and bathrooms simply but elegantly furnished and decorated and very clean with comfortable beds. My room had a small balcony where smoking was allowed. It is located round the corner from one of the principal piazzas and walking distance from most of the interesting sites. There are a couple of parking spaces in a secure courtyard across the street which is great as parking in the city is a nightmare - I was lucky to get one (free of charge) but best to reserve in advance. The owner was very helpful and suggested an excellent local regional restaurant.

Excellent bathroom facilities, including a jacuzzi tub!

Felt like a home away from home. Easy 2 minutes walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the city. I would stay again if and when I return to Piacenza.

Review 109：Host, Gabrielle, was very welcoming. It was like staying in a Boutique hotel. Gabrielles attention to detail was fantastic. Accomodation was spottless and very spacious. B&B is very central.

Review 110：No parking near the hotel to leave the car overnight. The owner , very friendly though , gave us directions to a parking that had been closed for more than a year. If you carry more than a light suite case the access to the hotel becomes difficult . There is no help to carry your stuff upstairs .
