Review 1：Basic but clean and functional, we had the place to ourselves as the other two rooms were not booked out. Not sure what it would be like with others staying at the same time as the walls were quite thin and the bathrooms are not in the room. Breakfast was lovely with homemade jams but is a cold continental breakfast. A 5 minute walk down to the lake via a very steep cobbled road - which we loved as it was quick and good exercise or 10-15mins walk round the long way.. Overall great value for money and would stay again.
Review 2：Looking down to Lake Como from our room was just stunning. The host recommended to walk down to the ship by foot and it was a very interesting way. Walking the steep descend on old stones surrounded by high walls with some flowerbeds and houses fenced behind the walls was an experience like ancient Romans walking on foot to the lake to have a bath or to go fishing. After we had a boat cruise we climbed up the hill and exhausted fell into a wonderful bed for a refreshing sleep. The breakfast was mostly of home-made items and delicious.
Review 3：My husband and I enjoyed the delightful Hostess Luisa who gave us absolutely the most generous and kind attention in an absolutely stylish yet simple and immaculate accommodation. She also gave us the best recommendations for food and activities which we enjoyed immensely. I cannot imagine a better trip or place to stay. I hope you stay at Selve di Rogaro!
Review 4：If you don't have a car and you have package it will be hard to reach the uphill way

Review 6：As we were the only customers during our stay, we had no problem. But only one bath room for the three rooms together may create problems when crowded. Booking.com description of the comfort room does not work out this fact. Also the promised balcony does not belong to the room and is to enter from the common floor.
Review 7：The host Luisa is doing a good job. Quiet location, free parking, short walking distance to the village and the lake.
Review 8：My cousin and I had traveled miles away from Malaysia to explore Italy. We had a wonderful stay at Selve di Rogaro. Louisa is the host and she stays there as well. Louisa is very helpful and informative, she also has a lovely garden where she serves breakfast there. Louisa is always with her smiles. It only takes 5 min walk downhill to the bus stop and is also the boat dork of Tremezzo. Good restaurants are along this road as well. There’s also a small park with a nice cafe/ bar where you can enjoy the sunset there, and is just 10min walk from the house. Besides the convenience logistic, the place is also very clean and their bathroom is spacious compare to the rest of the b&b we had. I will definitely be going back to stay with Louisa if I ever visit Lake Como again. Thanks for your hospitality Louisa! Jenny & Ivy

Review 10：Bathroom private but separate from, and at a different level to, bedroom. But adequately lit between two for night-time visits!
Review 11：Location - good for leaving car all day and descending via footpath to ferry pier, bus stop and local restaurants/bars. Walking up from lakeside more strenuous (but possible) and parts of path poorly lit. Very quiet at night, it is well away from lakeside road. Plenty of good local advice from owner. (Note: an all destination day ticket is available for lake boats).
Review 12：Louisa's B&B is just some walking minutes away from the lake where the Ferry takes you to Bellagio and Varenna. In addition to the great location, Louisa is the perfekt host who will introduce you to the italian life style. Fresh local cheeses and italian dolce along with some homemade cakes are being served for breakfast while you can plan your day with Louisa. She gave us some great recommendations which made our stay special. I will definitly come back...not just for Georg Clooney but surely for Louisa's B&B as well ;). Thanks Louisa for all those wonderful memories although the sun didn't come out often. Florence
