Review 1：Disorganized communication of staff and slow to deal with queries and problems. Note the pool is salt water and use of the spa is not covered by the resort fee.

Review 2：Peaceful location with practically private beach

Review 3：Money was taken when we booked (even though we had the right to cancel), we received a room upgrade as an apology and compensation for the foreign use penalty I received on my credit card. The beach was far from the hotel (10 minute walk) and not to a high enough standard for a pricey hotel on Sardinia. The food was terrible, evening and breakfast. They have three restaurants and the two good ones were closed are closed on Saturdays, so we had to pay 28e each for a terrible buffet (excluding drinks).

Review 4：The beautiful view of the small mountain islands just off the coast. The pool area was nice. Irrelevant for us - but there were lots of families with children and they seemed happy. It might be a good option for a week's all inclusive stay.

Review 5：The village is large and quite remote, about 4 km from the main road. It does not have any meaningful service apart from the evening "animazione" which is simply terrible. No minimarket, no restaurant for lunch unless you want a self-service buffet for 28 euro per person!!! Much better to go out but you need a car. Swimming Pool area unwelcoming with a very basic bar (sea water pool, only 1.3 deep throughout). Self-catering facilities simply not good enough, difficult to prepare a proper meal. Outside area very basic.

Review 6：This part of Sardinia is simply beautiful. Lots of sandy and rocky beaches and an incredible amount of restaurants. The apartment is clean and the bathrooms are of high standard.

Review 7：Only one swimming pool, with no shallow end for small kids. Overcome with arm bands and inflatables, but meant one of us had to be in the pool constantly.

Review 9：Our bedroom was very nice but not as advertised. We were expecting a suite but we were all in 1 room. Breakfast was included in our package but the cooked breakfast was poor. We had to pay a daily resort fee but then if we wanted to use the spa it cost extra. Any food ordered at the bar was put on a tab and we were charged for food that we didn't order.

Review 10：The staff were really friendly. . It was lovely to have a private beach which was safe and had great snorkelling.

Review 11：breakfast always overcrowded, not enough clean tables during peak times. our A/C stopped working one night, phoned reception and told nothing can be done until morning so got minimal sleep sweating in the room, no apologies or compensation offered..also had to chase this up twice in the morning to get fixed. Check in/enquiry at reception also extremely slow, lining up for 30 mins to check in, more interested in answering the phone than customers in the line. Also not enough sun beds around the pool for the resort, people saving beds with towels and not using them for hours, staff would do nothing about it. Facilities were pretty good however for a 4 star resort I was expecting greater customer service, a sun bed and working A/C

Review 13：The breakfast is terrible mass feeding. Pulver coffee, hard appples and kiwis, bland bread, sugar juices, no fresh eggs and several hundred people at the buffett.

Review 17：We stayed at the residences and our apartment was great, super big, modern and clean. Staff was amazing, especially Claudio at Reception and Paolo at the shuttle service. They have a mini club for children, the pool is great. The only thing we didn't try was the restaurant, but it looked great too! Excellent place to stay. We are planning going back next summer.

Review 19：Everything and I mean everything, from the moment we arrived couldnt have been more perfect! We were greeted with the warmest welcome, smiles all round, we arrived two hrs before check in, our room was ready, no extra charge, we were given all the information that we required. Another member of staff appeared with the loveliest greeting and showed us to a buggy car, we were driven to our car, luggage was loaded onto buggy and we were driven to our suite, luggage was taken inside, we were showed around, he was the nicest gent and so very, very helpful. Our suite was beautiful, and massive we were over the moon, we quickly changed and went straight to the Spa, omg its stunning, we booked for a couple's massage, I'm qualified also and have to say its the best and I mean the best massage I have had in 10 years, her name was Lia and she had 20 years experience and speaks great English, and worth every penny, they are so kind and I have to say I did not meet or come across one single member of staff that didnt have a smile on their face and couldnt do enough.

This fee is not payable for children under 3 years, and discounts apply for guests aged between 3 and 12.Please note that when booking an apartment a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
