Review 4：Being a "recently" built Hotel, I would have expected it to be more sound proof. Our neighbors were loud, but at the same time you could hear their every conversation, & also you could hear everyone's toilet & shower. I thought those days were gone! A/cond noise also off putting.

Review 15：The blinds are annoying in that they don't keep the sun out so in the mornings it isn't great being woken up early & also at night, any lights outside shine in the through the spaces between the blinds. I don't like wearing eye covers to hide light. That shouldn't be the answer to this problem.

Review 17：I have never stayed in a self contained apartment where a toaster was not I allowed. It defeated the point of paying for an apartment where we could be self sufficient. The bed was also below standard.

Review 19：I found for the size of the motel there was minimal undercover parking. There was no toaster or microwave in the room. Fridge was too small and was full of mini bar, no room for our own cold stuff.

Review 21：Good facilities. We upgraded (at very little cost) from a standard room to an apartment - two floors, bedroom upstairs - would book one straight away next time. Not sure why it's listed as a motel, it has it's own restuarant right next door that does breakfast/dinner and, although we only had dinner, the restuarant was very popular with non-residents when we were there. A very good hotel IMO.
Review 22：It was not suitable for my needs, the front desk staff were inattentive plus the loud thumping music from a function was not welcome at 10pm at night.

Review 24：Air conditioning was set to the temperatures advised, and turned off early evenings with the remotes. The compressor (or that of the neighboring room) continued to operate noisily all night long. Disappointed to see several broken timber louvres and controls in the bedroom.

Review 28：The wooden shutters in the bedroom did not either close properly or was missing a shutter, so there as light in the room at 5am which was very annoying. Several other rooms I have stayed in, the 2 story 4th floor rooms also have dodgy shutters in the bedroom. Fix this and all will be great.

Review 122：Absolutely no access to food. Our plane arrived late and as we didn't get to the hotel until 9.15 pm there was no dinner or room service available. We were told to go to Mcdonalds. The next morning I rang for room service which was shown to be available in the room brochure only to be told this wasn't available. We have travelled extensively and have never experienced no food being available at an establishment that provides Penthouse accommodation.
