Review 3：Booking.com provided me with a confirmation for this hotel, 4 nights in total. I arrived late afternoon, just to hear from the receptionist lady that "there was no booking made for me". My I-pod showed her the confirmation. She checked again, this time apologizing that the hotel gave my room away to satisfy a larger group of travelers. She immediately offered to get me a room at another hotel close by (some 200 meters around the corner), at the same price. I agreed, and it worked as promised. Since the other hotel had no parking, she also suggested to stay on the hotel parking for the night and gave valuable tips on parking alternatives in general.
