Review 1：The carpets was old and dirty with stains. There was no shower cap and hair dryer in the bathrooms. The rooms are not spacious.

Review 9：toilet really slow to flush and need to flush many times.. breakfast not included even though they are promoting a cheaper package (poster in hotel lift) that include breakfast. so it made us feel like we are not getting the best deal from them.

Review 15：Outsiders have direct access to the hotel rooms from LG whereas the lobby is in 2nd floor, safety issue to the hotel guests. Also, the sound of the room door is loud banging each time it's being closed. Uncontrollable.

We called the reception they change strait way but again to another room at the back with bad view. " Hotel when is off season make sure that the costumer enjoy the staying give them a front room with. Good view of the city" doesn't cost too much really!!

Review 47：Room is clean, surprisingly for a 3* rated hotel, there are 4 pillows of different density for your use. Reception and coffee house personnels are good with basic courtesy, smile and polite, giving good hospitality. Really, mixed feeling indeed. If I wish t stay for the hospitality and cleanliness of the room, I would like it. If I look at overall hotel setup, then I would think twice.
