Review 1：They emailed to say I hadn't left the room key. I left before reception opened. I was told to leave the key in the room. I left the key in the door, inside. I emailed in reply to tell them this, I've now emailed twice and have not had a response to confirm that they have found the key. Their email says I would be charged the cost of the key. Therefore I would like confirmation ASAP that they located the room key.
