Review 2：Everything. The staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and eager to help. Doris went out of her way to accommodate our needs and Sabina made all our meals enjoyable.

Review 3：Really excellent food, and they went to so much trouble to cater for dietary requirements. The proprietors really work hard to make your stay the best it can be. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna area was charming, and very well maintained. The ski room was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor throughout the hotel was charming. Great location for skiing or hill walking.

Review 12：Great location for ski bus, virtually stops right outside the hotel. the food was fantastic, five courses every evening and a great breakfast buffet.

Review 13：There is one room without balcony and you can have the bad luck to get this room. If you want a balcony you should ask before.

Review 14：Everything was ok, ski bus in front and 5 mins drive to ski-lift with your own car. Excellent food and enough places to park.

Review 15：Need to pay for the jacuzzi in the wellness area extra (should be included in the room price), the baby bed was not prepared according to our request on time and we were told it would be done the day after (however upon our further insist the staff prepared it on the spot)
