Posada 47 offers an apartment and a studio located in a residential area, just a 12-minute walk from Wageningen University. Free Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided.

Review 1：Internet connection was very poor. Big spiders in the room, although they don't move so much :) For check in I waited 20 minutes in front of the door for someone to come from outside and open the door for me.
Review 2：The location was good and bikes were available which is important in the Netherlands. There were useful facilities in the place.
Review 3：The bedroom and the WC (separated from the bathroom) on different floors. Rather difficult to find: no street names indication; just a district and the house number.

Review 7：The apartment is really very luxurious. You have everything you need. Bikes, laundry, stove, fridge, wi-fi- I can't think of anything the apartment lacks. Anja is very helpful. Her son lives upstairs and you share one (of two) toilets and the front door/stairs with him. He is a very nice young man (~23) and is very quiet.
Review 8：The fact that there was another person staying upstairs,[although he was pleasant when we met him] but we did not know about him when we arrived. The house was not very clean and there was a funny smell. Not up to booking.com standards.
Review 9：The position of the house is near to Oosterbeek which was ideal for us as we were in a 1940`s vehicle.
Review 10：Anja's son lives in the upper floor of the house. Sometimes I could hear him walking up and down the stairs, but otherwise no problem.
Review 11：The location is very close to the University (10 minutes walking) and there is a supermarket nearby. Anja was a great host, she allowed me to check-in earlier and she also gave me a ride with her car to Ede Central Station when I left. The bedrooms and the living-room are spacious and light.

Review 13：The house was clean, modern and fully equipped. We cannot complain for anything. We had great time in Posada. Even the landlord was very nice and friendly. Communication with her was without problems and quick.

Review 15：The owner's teenage son who lives above the apartment was superb. He was welcoming, attentive and caring. The layout and style of the place was excellent. The garden terrace is perfect in summer for breakfast in the sun.

Review 17：we didn't want to leave that house... was comfortable and furnished very well with everything that you need, from coffee machine, to toast maker, microwave, comfortable shower, lovely sofà, lovely garden, fantastic bed and smart tv in each room, use of bikes.... Anja is a fantastic owner very thoughtful to our needed. fantastic stay. we will come back soon.
Review 18：Perhaps the stairs are a bit narrow and steep (the bedrooms are upstairs) so it might be abit tricky for the elderly.
Review 19：The owner was super friendly and wanted to make sure we had a good time. The apartment is very spacious. There's everything you might need for cooking in the kitchen. The small garden was a great surprise too :)
