Review 6：My kids were had an excited moment while staying in TH. They love the Hotel so much. This is actually our 4th visit stayed in TH. The kids enjoy the team park (pool) and the room is spacious. The staffs are very nice and they even upgrade our room from Standard room to Deluxe. The Breakfast also was delighted. Of course we will stay again in TH for our coming trip.
Review 7：Non Muslims like me tend to feel indifferent as the hotel applies syariah rule, including dress code for the gym and pool. I was not aware and brought only short pants thus I stayed in the room most of the time, did not utilise the pool/gym, and did not take the daily breakfast. TV channels are limited. Limited food options/no restaurants outside hotel.

Review 17：Have to wait until 4pm to check in our rooms. Booked total 5 rooms. We arive at 12pm and being told rooms are not ready. Ok standard check in time 2pm so we went out for lunch and back at the hotel at 2pm. And rooms are still not ready. We only get our rooms at 4pm so frustrated coz the staff didnt offer us any complimentary drinks or what so ever and let us waste 2hrs at the lobby. Plus all the staff seems not well trained.

Food was ok but expensive and came in very small portions (never seen such a small portion of spaghetti before and I'm someone who usually orders from the kids menu 'cause regular portions are too much). The hallway was very ugly and smelly and didnt measure up to the rooms, bit of a shame. Most annoying thing ever: if you didnt close the door to your room a very loud alarm would go off, that's how we woke up several times in the middle of the night when other guests on the floor left their doors open. The pool area seamed to be just for kids only, that's why we didnt botter to go to the pool.

The corridor along the rooms has no air conditioning, the hallway is too low and narrow and feels claustrophobic.It doesn't help that the lights are on low so it looks very dingy. 3. The wifi is super slow and SUCKS! 4. Taxi to the city is RM30 because location of the hotel is too far. 5. The receptionists needs to upgrade their customer service skills. I got an unwelcoming vibe from them to be honest. 6. Beds are too hard. My mom had backache. Poor mom. :'( 7. Check out lambat sikit want to charge RM40 eventhough no new customers are waiting to check in. Other hotels I've been to gave 2 extra hours usually to check out free of charge. Help la your customers they'll come back to youuu.
Review 61：1. Your bell boys are nice. Hafifi and some other guy I can't recall (maybe a guy's name that starts with Ez or something). Look for the bellboys on night shift on 27th July and morning shift on 28th July Always smiling. Goes out of their way to be helpful. Get tips for good customer service from them.2. The taxi fare from airport to your hotel is cheap. So nice la. 3. Room is SPACIOUS, NICE, COZY AND COMMENDABLE. 4. Public Accommodation includes surau and staff personally performs azan for prayers time. Love that (but women's surau portion so small though) 5. Overall its still better than other hotels I've been to in Terengganu. SPACIOUS AND AFFORDABLE. With a room like theirs its definitely GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. Would go here over Primula (which I've stayed in and the room like sardine can with double the price). I would say if you're looking for comfort and a big room to stay at an affordable price. The hotel is shariah compliance where Islamic ruling need to be adhered in particular the dress code of female using the swimming pool where no bikini or exposed swim wear are allowed. Unfortunately this was not explained to foreign guest where they were seen wearing bikinis at the public pool. Hotel staff were not seen at all to guide guest on this issue. 5. The "damp" smell of the carpet along the alley towards the rooms on 5th floor were unbearable.

The answer that we get is it is on waiting list and we are like seruously two drinks for two freaking hours ?We end up cancelling our order. The breakfast needs to be improved in term of quantity and flavour. The hotel did not efficiently refilled the empty food container and we were left with few choices of food to eat.

Review 111：I was so impressed with this hotel. I stayed in a Deluxe Double room, which was amazing! Very spacious, modern and clean, with a very comfortable king sized bed. I slept so well here! The hotel is very close to the airport and Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Perfect for a business trip and great value for money. It's not at the beach or near the city, which didn't bother me as I was there for work. I was only there for 12 hours, and I wished I was staying longer. The pool looks amazing, sadly I didn't have time to use it, and I didn't have my kids with me (they would have loved it!). The breakfast buffet was great - lots of choices of both western and Malaysian food. All of the staff I dealt with were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
