Review 1：The staff are very friendly and at tentative, we were a group of 3 mature men travelling on motorcycles, we stayed there because of a recommendation of a friend who stayed there last year when his vehicle broke down. The manageress is a lovely French lady who speaks very good English, she is always happy to help. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The facilities are super, the pool we enjoyed the most, the bibliotheca will never leave you without something to read. A major plus for us Europeans was the fact we could enjoy a cool beer. The breakfast was typical Moroccan, and a buffet style meant we could eat the bits we enjoyed the most. All in all an excellent hotel in a great location when heading south into the desert. Review 2：Needs some basic maintenance. The shower is not designed for modern practice - there was no mounting for the shower unit, so we ended with LOTS of water on the floor. Credit card terminal not functioning, so had to go to ATM in town to get cash.

Review 6：We were glad to be able to order dinner after our long trip from Fes to Erfud. It was not bad. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 10：Lack of care, service and attention. The room lacked many of the basics such as toilet paper and the bedding linens did not look clean. It is obvious that management is not by owners or professionals. Someone built the place and left it in the hand of locals.
