Review 8：Wonderful staff and really made me feel welcome. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great breakfast with many healthy options. I was riding my motorcycle and rain was in the forecast so they allowed me to park under cover where employee parking was normally reserved, very appreciated. The free wifi worked great and was interesting the floor that I stayed on (4th) was dedicated to the silent film era. The location is perfect right near the old town area and I received a 10% discount to use at a local restaurant which I will review separately as it was amazing as well!

Review 9：Room was very out-dated. A bathroom with a shower cubicle one can find in a hostel. Bed and pillows were way to hard: not comfortable at all. Had two horrible nights of sleep. This was not my first visit to a Best Western, but this room did not fit the BW standard or 4-star hotel classification at all.

Review 11：Friendly, professional staff. Delicious, nutritious breakfast buffet. Quiet, comfortable, and sparkling clean rooms. Excellent location, close to the city center and sights. Bikes fun to ride through the city! Cleaning staff always kept our room and bath clean and tidy during our week-long stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Review 13：The front desk people, Marica, Giulia and all of the others greeted us like family. We have stayed there numerous times and will stay there again upon our return. The breakfast staff kept the food plentiful. The coffees were the best we ever had. We had the foam on the coffees decorated with hearts, etc.

Review 19：No parking. If you have a car, expect to park in public paid parking near the station or on the other side of town. If you get very lucky, there are free street spaces nearby.

Review 20：Great location a 3 minute walk from the Pordenone train station where you can catch trains to just about anywhere. Also situated right in the middle of the city center with beautiful medieval arcades, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Good breakfast - they will even make you cappuccinos, lattes, etc. for no cost. Incredible value - you won't find many hotels in Italy that give you this much for so little.

Review 82：The staff was unbelievably helpful above and beyond normal hotelduties. I got off at the wrong train stop in the night and they helpedto get a taxi to where I was. And I really liked getting hearts on mycappucino. The breakfast was complete. Being American, I really likeeggs and bacon along with the thousand other items. The room was tidyand clean and pretty new. It's the best location from the train stationand right in the main area that you want to be in. But, in general,it's a quiet location.

Review 83：We could not work out how to turn on the bath tap and there seemed to be no instructions (the showers were not a problem). The bottom corner of the glass panel on the bath cut my husband's foot quite badly as he stepped into the bath. The air conditioning setting stuck at 25 and would not go lower.

The bedroom was large and verywell fitted out and the bathroom was superb. It was very close to thestation with a good service into Venice and the town itsself was lovely.

Review 91：Without a doubt, one of the best Italian Hotels that we have ever stayed at. We were impressed when they asked if we had stayed before because they recognized the name. (Brother had stayed their a 10 months before). Desk stay placed phone calls for us to arrange our family reunion (language barrier overcome!) Whenever we returned they inquired as to who we say and what we did. They made the hotel into a real home like environment. We can't say enough about all me met there from the desk staff to the breakfast servers. Well Done!

These may be small things but they mean so much and to get all of these for the price charged was excellent. One step further than most hotels who only give you the basics I.e. shower gel, shampoo etc. and then charge "extra" for things like hairdryers, facecloths etc. The breakfast choice was excellent and there was always more available if anything ran out. Also the breakfast times being as late as 10.00 a.m. is great when you want to have a lay-in you are on holiday after all.
