Review 1：After checkout and payment of the final note on my credit card,themanager called our taxi to stop it under pretext that my lunch had notbeen paid (30$us).He threatened to call the police and told the driverto return us to the hotel despite heavy traffic,which would have causedto miss our return flight to Canada.ATTITUDE UNACCEPTABLE.Avoid thishotel by all means.

Review 6：I had to ask cleaning lady to clean bathroom again on arrival. No visible dirt but loo had a whiff which made you worry how thorough the initial job had been.

Review 7：The staff were extremely friendly They cared about my 1 yr old who they did not treat like a bother or burden even once during our stay- they catered for him in every way I could think of. I was not charged for his milk which was really touching. The were really good and even happy to keep our car keys at reception for our driver to collect or leave . It was real paradise...I loved it. Review 8：I really enjoyed my stay at the Bahari Beach Hotel. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful with securing a mini tour of Mombasa, driver service, and recommending things to do. The food was great and the pool and view of the beach was amazing!!!

Review 9：room ventilation is very poor, you should probably consider ventilating the room for natural air circulation apart from the ac nd fan...actually the toilet was impossible with foul smell at night, it was so annoying! plus there were a lot of insects crawling in the room. . apart from that, the staff were quite pleasant.

Review 11：The shower was POOR!!!!!!! Basically the room condition was not so fresh though. AC worked well at least.

Review 12：Felt welcomed thanks to the friendly and cooperative staff. Loved the location especially! And there were many beach beds all around the hotel well arranged. 'Peponi Divers' was also helpful at a reasonable price for snorkeling.
