Review 1：Everything related to the restaurant. The breakfast was the poorest we had in a long time. The quality of the products served were the bare minimum. The table cloth were always full of crumbs from the previous passengers. At dinner, while the food was acceptable, the service was poor and unprofessional. The management of the hotel should seriously review the Food and Beverage Department all together, including the setting of the restaurant. The worst of it all, is that the area around the hotel does not look like a safe zone to go out for dinner, and the restaurant options were not appealing at all. The area might be safe, but it doesn't look like.
Review 2：The room was large and comfortable. Good air conditioning and good WiFi signal in the room.
Review 3：The quote and payment on Booking.com included breakfast but when arriving at the breakfast we where send out because according to them our reservation did not included breakfast. Do not know how this works. The receptionist was the most unfriendly and rude person I have met in Italy during our 11 days stay. The bathrooms was black of dirtiness in the corners. The hotel foto's on Booking.com is totally misleading of there location and views.
Review 4：the air conditioning is very strong, not possible to tune to my needs. During night I turned it off, but it was impossible to open a window! Facilities look new, but a shower was broken. The bathroom was not properly clean. The room service sometimes even did not clean the floor.. the nearest beach even for a short swim is very dirty. without car nothing to do in Torre Del Greco.

Review 8：The floor was dusty. No soap provided in bathroom. Looked like a cell block. The doors for each room faced a central cavity which allowed noise from the check in to travel upwards. Bus loads of tourists land here, though not late at night. The ladies at check in understood only very basic English and hadn't heard of Herculaneum, on their doorstep. Access to the building is restricted by roadworks and there is no signage to indicate where to enter.
Review 9：Good location for Herculaneum in the evening and Pompeii ruins the next morning. Good sized room for 3. Dinner in the top floor restaurant was good and had lovely views over the water. The head waiter was very friendly and informative. Security parking available and included in the price of the accommodation. Free wifi

Review 11：The view from our balcony was amazing. Look over our little jetty and across the lake and watching fish swim in the crystal clear water while boats cruised leisurely by.
Review 12：The local area is excellent for seeing this area of Naples. Great transport links, cafe's and pizzerias. During the evening the area comes to life, Italians young and old enjoying the out door life. First class hotel in a first class location.
Review 13：Sensor light time on/off in wardrobe area to short, only 2 coat hangers ie one each !!! Given more by staff. No plug in the new design lets save the world handbasin. Otherwise excellent.

Review 31：Big, clean rooms with plenty of space for luggage. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Walking distance down to the port and into town for restaurants and other amenities. Parking on site and easy to access. The staff were excellent - very, very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay immensely.
Review 32：The resturant food could have a better choice and the same with the breakfast, the doors to the rooms could be made more air tight so it's more quiet.
Review 33：The staff were always polite and the head of house keep was a very nice lady and helpful with my laundry There was some issues but I had respect for the hotel manager, he asked me for a coffee and to discuss the issues so he could address them.
