Review 1：Both heaters in the room were working but that was not enough to keep the room warm. We arrived around 3 PM, settled in two rooms and they were cold but the radiators were hot. We thought that the rooms will get warm when we return after midnight. But it didn't. We slept in our sweaters under two blankets but it was not enough. Temperature in theroom was around 12 C. Our friend room had the same problem and when we asked around in the morning, several people had the same problem. It was around -15C outside. I guess the warmth is not a problem when it's not so cold outside.

Review 8：The guesthouse is located in the old town of Sigulda in a very rural and beautiful surounding. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even speaking a very good German!). Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

We ate at their restaurant at night and the food was excellent and at a reasonable price. The apple pie for dessert was individually made and freshly made with real apple. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
