Review 1：At first we had been given a very bad room which we refused to stay in and they thankfully changed for us. Despite that, still the room was old, with rust everywhere and parts of the wooden doors worn. Towels had stains. Food was bad, although the rate was on full-board basis, we skipped lunch & dinner and barely ate breakfast. Definitely the hotel needs renovation and Chef to be changed. I asked the reception to make for me a dinner reservation in one of the nearby famous restaurants, and when we arrived we discovered that no reservations was made.

Review 2：The hotel has three nice pools. Wifi is fast with a coverage range all over the hotel.

Review 3：Room service needs to be improved. I requested an iron, waited for hours and finally gave up. Had to wear a wrinkled outfit to a wedding. Cleaning staff need to do a better job in the rooms. Left a dirty towel in the room and toilet did not flush well. No flat sheet on the bed.

Review 7：I thought the whole thing about having to wear a shirt for dinner one time was dumb... we're on the beach for crying out loud, so I was sent back to wear something other than my vest.

Review 16：Very friendly staff who accommodated all our requests. We had a fantastic sea view room. The food in the restaurants was very enjoyable with a variety of menus to suit everyone. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a choice of 3 swimming pools and of course the beach. Definitely visiting again soon.

Review 17：What didn't we like?? The ship theme was very fun and special (when we were there the ship had docked in Italy!). From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You cannot beat the location! The three pools gives you a variety of atmospheres to enjoy and the food was exceptional!! And the beach...simply divine. The air conditioned room was a nice reprieve from Mombasa's heat and humidity. If you are looking for a place to stay in Mombasa, Voyager is your best bet!

Review 19：I don't believe the floor in my room was cleaned the whole week. And whats the idea of taking your used towels and not replacing them until later that evening. One day, my bed was only half made. I was told twice the remote for the air con would be replaced and it never was. So I couldnt adjust the temperature the whole week

Review 57：The ambience was wonderful. We liked the fact that you had to dress for dinner. It made the whole experience very exciting. Every night the resort had a different "theme" night. The pools were excellent, we only managed to use 2 out of the 3 pools though. There were many watersports to do. The other guests were very friendly too. There were musical shows and music after dinner and we found it incredibly romantic. At night it was cool. Our "Cabin" has a sea view which was absolutely gorgoeus to wake up to. The beds were lovely and very large.

Review 60：I did not understand why i was asked to pay in dollars yet the prices displayed on your site are in Kenya Shillings. This meant that I had to pay more than I was aware of and i was furious about this. The explanation that the cashier gave that i booked through booking.com was inadequate because it's on the said site that the prices are in KES and not any other that i know of.

Review 65：I think what says a lot is the fact that we decided to come to Voyager again. The superior ocean view rooms are a bit overrated (basically there is nothing extra apart from the said view and a tv) so I would recommend the standard ones. Only go for all inclusive! It's worth it

We got a singing troupe & cake as well as a beautifully sang song with the dance floor cleared for us. Made us feel like the wedding night all over again. Highly recommended.

The room was so comfortable, and the food was good. Make sure you go on some excursions outside the hotel. Going all the way up to the Gedi ruins was spendy, but worth it.
