Review 1：Check in and out is difficult because it needs to be done at the pizzeria across the street. If you speak some italian the process might be a little easier.
Review 2：Great location in Piacenza. Buses to the center of the city stop in front of the accommodation. Walking to the central area is also convenient.
Review 3：The rooms are located a bit far from the city centre, about 30 min by walk (that was ok for us)... The breakfast is very italian and served in a small café. It only includes one sweet thing + one coffee. It was very nice for me, but disapointing for my german friend!...

Review 5：I arrived thinking that I could walk from the station....big mistake. It cost me E8 in a taxi. Friday was a holiday so no buses running. Fortunately I got a bus to the station on Monday
Review 6：So what are you looking for 5 star or somewhere that ticks all the boxes. Once I got over the hospital corridor entrance and into the room did I realise what a little gem I had scored. It's in a nice neighbourhood and the facilities provided are great. In a word....excellent. The neighbourhood is great for food shopping and the locals enjoyed teaching me Italian. Never again will I mistake the word figure for fig!,,,
Review 7：The breakfast is not a real breakfast. The owner will give you a coupon to eat "cappuccino&brioche" at the bar next to the room. In booking.com site they tell about "colazione servita in un ristorante nei pressi dell'hotel". It's a fake. There's not any hotel's restaurant (as they say in booking.com website), but only the owner's pizzeria on the other side of the street. The price is very high, 120€ per night for the triple, and even if the room is really very nice, there's not any other service to pay for. Not recommended if travelling with children.

Review 10：I had a spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet room with a wonderfulbathroom (the best shower I have ever had at a hotel). The managementand staff were gracious, helpful and courteous in the extreme. Thepremises are modern, attractive and so clean one could eat off thefloor. The locality is up-market, quiet and well served by buses for thecentre, which is a mere 20 minutes' walk away.
