Review 1：The room was very clean and modern and very comfortable. Certainly the best turned out room we've had for the price. We've paid more for worse. Would certainly stay there again!

Review 12：As usual in motel restaurants I had to actively pursue a second drink despite putting my empty drink bottle at edge of table. After 15 minutes I had to go to bar instead of eating. Every customer had another drink? Profits??? Staff training!

Review 14：I had asked for room to be available at 11am which was accepted, but wasn't ready till 1pm. Luckily we were able to get dressed in our friends room as we were leaving to go out at 1.30pm. major noise from departing guests from 7.30 - 8.30am right outside our door. Not motel's fault but VERY annoying on a sunday morning with a hangover, esp after we followed the rules to be very very quiet when we arrived back to rooms on Saturday night.

Review 16：the property has great street presence and once inside you are greeted by very efficient and friendly staff. the room is large and tastefully renovated, the mattress as good as my very expensive mattress at home, airconditioning and flat screen worked well, hot breakfast delivered to my room bang on time (6.30 am) and was delicious, the on-site restaurant was very inviting and the simple menu / food was well cooked and presented in a timely manner, very pleasant courtyard off the restaurant. Overall the best value for money, offering as good facilities as any 5 star hotel I stayed in. I would definitely stay again when in the Hunter Valley area.

Review 17：Reception very warm and friendly and even though we arrived early were happy for us to go ahead and check in. Good breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Good large beds (2 which was appreciated) Good value and nice surroundings.

Review 21：The shower was terrible, no water pressure and it took 5 minutes for warm water to flow. There were only 2 towel available and they were thin. Only soap was provided and had to go and buy shampoo etc. The restaurant was booked out and no alternative was offered when booking in.

Review 48：Ask for a late check out as I was doing night shift they gave me until 11am all good. The cleaners came in to my room when I was sleeping at 10:20am I was in bed asleep so they left. Manager rings the room phone and told me to get out as the cleaners where just about finished cleaning all of the rooms. Told her that I had a late check out at 11am and she said she didn't care. I had 2hrs sleep after night shift.

Because I am a pretty light sleeper people in room 33 were a little loud at 11pm on a Friday night and I like to go to sleep a little earlier than some people without being disturbed. I also did not like how people kept parking in my hotel room spot and, therefore, one could have parked in front of the pool, so it might be better to have marked car parking spots and have the room number marked in each parking spot.

The room was spacious and clean, with free wi-fi and the large tv had the sports channels. Staff were very helpful.

Review 98：Overpriced for room and facilities. Only available accommodation in Maitland due to sporting event. Room furniture is old, beds very uncomfortable, particularly in the second room, no foxtel, wifi very slow, shower had mould throughout, budget towels and linen, after 12.30am other guests making noise and keeping us awake. We stayed 4 weeks prior in Maitland-Rutherford, in almost brand new accommodation with excellent facilities and rooms for a much cheaper fee and it also included a hot buffet breakfast. Would not recommend.

Review 101：I traveled with my elderly mother and had booked what I thought a Unit with a bedroom with a separate lounge and dinning room. Instead we were shown a room with 2 beds in it and nowhere to sit. After inquiring at reception about the booking we were offered a unit with a separate bedroom but have to pay another $30.00 per night, due to the time of day we had little choice but to pay. There was a toaster supplied but what for we don't know as if anything was toasted there was no plate or knife to use. To wash any cups or glasses we used we didn't find it very hygenic to wash them in the shower.

Review 102：The rooms were very comfortable, having the room service was excellent as I had been traveling all day and did not want to go out to get a meal. The meal was also excellent.

Review 103：We we're put in a room in the middle of several other groups traveling together with young children. There was no consideration shown by the other group towards anyone else in the motel. The staff did nothing about addressing the issue. The car space reserved for our room was taken and as a person with mobility issues this was unacceptable. I won't be staying there again and I won't be recommending them to anyone.
