Review 1：When we got there we had to ring for the lady to come to reception so we could pay and get our keys. The room had some smell.. It was like a smokers room that has been sprayed with air freshener.

Review 3：Bed was Horendous! Worst sleep I've had for years. Woke up barely able to move. Also restaurant was not open at all-wouldnt have been an issue except it wasnt mentioned on the site when i booked and I specifically wanted a restaurant so I didnt have to drive more.

I have had an overnight stay twice now at your accommodation and im so comfortable and impressed with how clean and beautiful the rooms are. Nothing is a problem ever with anything the staff are fantastic! I will always choose to stay with The Reef every time need an over night stay in Mackay.

Review 54：Lovely relaxed attitude of staff. Had a group of footy boys there for a sports carnival and they loved the unlimited use of the pool and it was down the front away from the rooms so their noise wasnt a problem for other guests. Thanks we will definetly be back.
