Review 1：The location next to the railway line was noisy at times. I felt the charge for cleaning (€100 for two rooms) as one of our rooms was only occupied for 3 nights and the other 4 was excessive, all the other places we have stayed in Sicily have not made any additional charge for cleaning. Also our rooms were not cleaned during our stay.

Review 2：The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The view of the sea was lovely but ask for an upper floor room. The private beach was easily accessible.

Review 3：Noisy because very near to the highway and the railroad tracks - during the weekend it got very busy on the parking spot in front of the apartment.

Review 4：Very clean and comfortably equipped apartment. All seems to be quite new. Staff were very friendly. Baby bed was provided with no cost.

Review 5：Basic kitchen goods, cutlery and toaster etc, and the crockery was dirty. We ate off of paper towels instead. Used soaps left in the shower and dirty floors throughout. TV didn't work for entire stay, though didn't really want it, wifi signal terrible and only one device could be attached at anyone time so no good for a couple both wanting to use email etc.

Review 7：If you have no car too far to supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bus stop, about 1 km. Without earplugs to sleep at night is impossible, because the railway just 10-15 meters from your door and 3 layers of roads as not far. Noisy. Drowns out the noise of the air conditioner only if you like.

Review 9：Guests should be provided with some dishwashing liquid, and a small pack of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) for at least their first day of the stay. We had a self check-in due to our late arrival and we were not shown around the property at any time during our stay, only to find out on the very last day that the property has a garden and other amenities.

Review 10：The rooms are ideal for a family with small kids. We had an 8 month old baby and the kitchen was comfortable enough to enable us to wash and sterilise all the baby items. I originally booked the apartment as I wanted a full bath to be able to wash the baby. It turned out we had a shower but we were happy to find that the room was anyway equipped with a small portable bath for the baby! The apartment is immaculately decorated and the view is brilliant. We didnt have breaksfast so I cannot comment on that. The residence is a 10 minute drive from Taormina, which was not an issue as we were travelling by car. We were however informed on our last day that a bus is provided for guests wanting to visit Taormina city centre. It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

Review 12：The Location is Fabulous, pretty quiet at this time of year March. Close to everything you would want and only 4km from the beautiful town Tormina

Review 14：Directly next to train line so heard every train. The internet was poorand dropped out often and it was necessary to pay to use laundry room.The place is clean and basic and has holiday place feel but is notsuitable for winter. We were also told after paying 150euro for roomthat if it needed cleaning there was a 25+ euro surcharge. This is notrealistic as we are already paying a premium for a very basic suite andthen to be charged for cleaning or having to buy cleaning productsourselves. Also very isolated at end of road in winter and carpark outfront used for all sorts of activities all through the night meaning wehad to go and check on car quite often, Very little luxury for suchhigh charge.
