Review 1：Ar conditioner not function.I asked for more blanket, and I receive one 1 meter by 0,5 meter. My left leg liked, but the body now... Cold for all the night.

Review 8：Good location with very modern and large rooms. Simple but very nice breakfast and free wifi and parking a plus.
Review 9：the proactive staff. The location (the hotel is at a walking distance from the High-Speed Train Station named MEDIOPADANA railways where the high speed trains stop. Very close to the international fair as well. Very good value for money, breakfast included. Staff in the breakfast room is very quick and proactive. The three cleaning ladies are a very quick and effective team to make the room brand clean again. Happy to find two twin rooms with an internal corridor.
Review 10：No wifi in bedrooms and although offered in the reception it did not work. The website says the hotel is refurbished but I didn't see many signs of such since my last visit 2 years ago! Breakfast is very average.
Review 11：Minimal staff and no facilities if you arrive mid afternoon and the weather is bad so you cannot walk anywhere. You cannot get anything to drink or eat before 6pm. The receptionist did not tell us that there was a bar around the corner we could have gone to, which we only noticed when driving away the next day
