Review 1：Over a 3 nights stay, towels haven't been changed once, there was mould in the shower corners and I found an old leaflet in the hotel informative folder (obviously left by a previous guest): not really what you would expect by a 4 stars hotel! Also they have messed up with payments, charging the first night 2 weeks previous my arrival contrary to what your website was advertising. When immediately complained about it via email, the hotel apologized but did not offered a refund

Review 15：It was freezing cold in the room. Infact somehow the ac was on at1ºc! It was a mistake but even after I turned it off the room did notwarm up at all. They are saving on heating at the cost of comfort oftheir guests.
Review 16：I have always liked to stay in Minerva in the past. It has a certain oldtime character. Wooden floor oriental rugs and antiques. It is in theheart of Pordenone, a beautiful city near Venice.
Review 17：Bathroom very tiny, especialy the douche facility in our room. For a 4 stars hotel, breakfast quite far from our expectation. Anyhow, we felt very good ourself, so worth it for money.

Review 19：It seemed more like a 3 star hotel than 4 star. It needed some general updating and a little better cleaning though it wasn't filthy. It just needed some more updating. The hotel is all computerized. The air conditioning is done on the computer which somehow we couldn't get the right temperature. And you don't have access to the thermostat only the front desk. So, I either had no air or too much.
Review 20：I requested a quiet room and it was amazingly quiet with a nice view. I even stayed an extra day because the price was good. It was close to all the shops and downtown but not so close that you'd hear the noise like another higher priced hotel around the corner. The room was a moderate room and comfortable.
