Review 1：Hot shower not functioning and noisy especially on Friday Night because of nightmarket in front of the hotel.

Review 15：Front desk service could be better Wi-Fi service was not informed to us, we didn't know whether it's free or otherwise. No automatic water heater in shower rooms. No tea-making facility provided. Heater is available though. Noise from other rooms can be clearly heard.

Review 75：The staff were not helpful at all, in fact they were rather intimidating. The only unfriendly place we stayed at in Malaysia. Booked for two nights but only stayed one. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The toilet was broken and when it was flushed, water sprayed everywhere. The staff did not appear at all interested in fixing it.

Review 77：I was a bit confused by this hotel title because in my opinion ktMutiara just ordinary guesthouse. The room smelled musty, dirty sheets,mattress painful the body makes everything not right. The paint in theroom were faded and blotchy patches. Gather dust in the corner of thewall makes things got uncomfortable. The owners need to take this veryseriously because this place is very strategic position and greatpotential to be a choice if the comments are taken into account andacted upon immediately.

Review 94：Definitely worth with the price. Unlike other budget hotel, they provide facilities that fulfill our needs, parking space, hot water for bathing, hygiene, kettle even hair dryer. I did not expect much since I only paid little.
Review 95：The commitment was not fullfilled. We were told certain facilities shall be available at the time of booking but when we reached there, those facilities was not given, for example refrigrator. By force on threat we got it but only in one room, the wash rooms severage was leaked, checked in many rooms then find one. The aircons on one of the room been leaked, my laptop was going to finish but my water proof bulkin bag saved it, we do not know about this leakage, at niht it starts, Over all experience very bad, I shall never book any room in this hotel in future.
