Review 1：the floor was a bit sticky, the sound of toilet flush was quite loud and noisy.
Review 2：Staff are friendly and attentive. Room is spacious and comfy, enjoyed the great sun rise view from our room. Location is very strategic and convenient too. Worth the stay.
Review 3：I asked them to borrow broom to swipe a little bit junk in my room, but they said that the housekeeping room is closed... So, i need to wait for morning to swipe all the dirt...

Review 5：I like the fact that we were able to get a 4-person room that is located on the ground floor (no climbing of stairs needed) and we were able to park our car right in front of the side entrance which is very near to the room. Makes it easy and convenient to move our multiple bags and equipment from the car to the room and vice versa.
Review 6：bad experience when i want to check in at 2pm, the room not yet ready and must wait until 4pm! the reason that staff give is previous customer didn't check out ontime so they couldn't prepare my room earlier, but its too much of waiting more than 2 hrs!

Review 9：The location is quite close with POI. The price also reasonable and don't expect much with the rate. Management put some effort on negative comments and upon check in and check out is fast. Very convenient.
Review 10：We booked 2 quad rooms online but when reaching in the hotel the stuff said only left one quad room, so we have to take triple room. No discount and apologise was given for their mistake on this. The room is really dirty and smelly, we found 3 dead cockroach in the room. This hotel is worse than a motel, I didn't know why it named as a resort.

Review 14：I felt really cheated because it is supposed to be a beach resort which the name of the property suggests. However,there is no beach at all. Why must it be named beach resort when there is no beach at all? If I knew that there is no beach, I would not have chosen it. The photos on their website showing a beach behind it are misleading.

Review 18：Stated as WiFi available but no WiFi connection in the room and even at the lobby. TV have poor reception with foggy image. It stated ad beach site resort with nice pictures which turn out to be outdated the area has been reclaimed and no beach as per claim in the promo pictures
Review 19：the photo looks like just few meter from the beach side. but is far more than what i can imagine.it just camera trick and asshole. i choose this all the way because i wanna stay near beach. that all. they didnt provide drink (3 in 1) in the room also. i shift the bed to another side, and guess what i found.. a lot of dust under the bed. i even found cigarette filter..!!

Review 32：On arrival we realized the standard double wasn't for us so we upgraded for extra 20 ringit then all was good,big room comfortable bed room had balcony better alround,the staff here are great always there to help with questions and arranging taxie,while this does fall sort of a resort we had great time here,lots to see and do around the city,we recommend.
