Review 1：The bathrooms need more attention to cleaning. The shower heads had rings of pink mold growing on them, the drain in the floor is full of hair and black moldm and the chain on the drain was broken. The bed is placed in a small space, but the frame of the bed sticks out almost 3" beyond where the mattress is. The floor is dark. This means we didn't notice the frame sticking out, and I bumped into the bed and had a huge bruise the size of an orange and all purple and red in just seconds, It was very painful. So, as a solution,. we pushed the beds all the way to one side on the platform frame, and all the way to the bottom, and let the duvet fall over the side and the bottom of the frame.. That way our eyes could tell where the edges of the bed was by seeing the white duvet cover, and we had no further problems. My husband also hurt himself that first day. One thing - we have always enjoyed having a piece of your artwork on the walls - not expensive, but interesting. I think this is the first time we have not had anything. That is not a complaint, just an observation. Please know that I am aspace planner, and I do know about planning, and doing renovations in phases. We LOVE staying at the Hoff, we love the breakfast etc, etc., and we know you are going through a gradual renovation. May we kindly say that perhaps you want to renovate the elevator interiors pretty soon? We walk in, the place looks great, and then when one heads to the elevators, the discover that they are a bit dirty and old, and the one on the right smells of oil. So, we are not complaining, but we are observing that just a few things could be easily remedied. Again, we enjoy the staff, several of whom we have met repeatedly over the years. Review 2：We love the staff since we come frequently to the Hoff. We also love the location - close to the bus stop, and to the market, and downtown shopping, movies etc. We enjoy the breakfasts, and have had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant several times. It is always beautifully presented, and is really wonderfully prepared. Very good.

Review 3：Very confortable bed, cozy temperature and great breakfast. Completely silent and quiet, equipped with a good writing desk. Perfect for getting ready for job.

Review 4：The hotel is undergoing renovation which is fine , but my room which is newly painted and nicely refloored, was still very dusty especially the wardrobe and floor. So despite the modernisation very disappointed in the cleanliness. The lifts are slow and there is no hair dryer or kettle in the room as standard.

Review 15：Quiet, clean, good breakfast, central location. Staff very helpful - changed my room immediately the one night it was a bit noisy due to a party at the hotel. Good value for money. Restaurant (Eatcetra) was also v. good.

Review 16：There are some bugs coming out of the cracks in the woodwork; I don't think roaches, but still annoying. There is a coffee machine that guests can use to help themselves to coffee, but the hotel turns it off when it is needed th most: before breakfast starts for the benefit of guest having to leave early.

Review 24：There are areas of the hotel which need a LOT of attention and renovation. Little things like the seat covers on the sofas and chairs in the lobby area which were so soiled. This is a great location, the staff is superb, everyone is kind etc, etc. We think you may wish to renovate fairly soon. You cannot beat the location, however! Being able to wash clothes was great, however it appears that the summer staff of workers would buy up all the tokens and none were available for the paying guests. So perhaps add more tokens and reserve many for the guests to use (for the 2Euros). Also, these same workers were very loud late into the night and early morning, and had to be constantly reminded to be quiet. We still enjoyed our stay, nonetheless. -Thank you!

Review 25：The staff is wonderful - truly wonderful. The proximity to the bus lines is perfect - we could take day trips by trains, The breakfasts were very nice. Our room was perfect, and we even were able to have it when we returned from a short trip - the lights were on and the windows opened for our arrival - it was great. Wageningen is our home away from home, so we enjoyed being there.

Review 26：I was there with very hot weather, my room was exposed to sun all day and no air conditioning was available in the room. Ask the staff about rooms with air conditioning if any is available during summer

Review 28：I had to ask for dry secure bike storage otherwise they wanted me to leave a valuable bike outdoors with minimum protection..the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. The bed linen was old and the pillow was lumpy. The room had some very shoddy repairs done. We stayed on the 8th floor...it had 2 very small and very slow elevators..the front door didn't have a ramp but it did have an outside handicap lift...

Please show more clearly that buttermilk is not milk. Some people are using buttermilk to coffee.

Review 85：The day I arrived the Hotel had a big group of American students (July 2012) and apparently most of the bikes had been taken. I was asked to choose a bike from the Terrace (which is on the same level as the hotel reception), then carry it down a flight of stairs to the street level. It was a bit wobbly this bike so I asked to change it; once again I was expected to carry this down the steps (which I did but I am a 51 year old female and my Tour de France days are well behind me). Staff please always assist your customers, they will reward you with return visits and therefore more business!

Review 86：My second stay here and it is reliably good. The hotel is central to the town and it is staffed by friendly people. They have bikes for hire which makes a huge difference to travellers like me who need this facility to get around the town. So well done on offering this.

Review 87：Room was very dusty and had evedence of the previous guest! Beds are very small and old. That said, the staff were friendly and the breakfast provided was great.

However, it was fixed within the day and all was well in the end. This is a conference venue, so be prepared for large crowds when a congress is in session,

Review 89：This hotel is very close to the town centre so it is very handy if you want to have meals in town or visit the bars there in the evening. The hotel rents bikes out and this was so helpful to me as a business traveller. I needed to get from town to the outskirts of Wageningen to work and given the ease of cycling everywhere the hotel obliged with a bike for 7 euros per day. The breakfast buffet is very good, lots of choices and plenty of fresh fruit. I also had evening meals here and the restaurant is very nice. Unlike its sister hotel near the Rhine there is no great views but the nights I ate there the restaurant was still busy at 9pm the waiters and waitresses were very helpful and the Maitress d' was so friendly and cheerful. All of this makes for a very comfortable welcome and stay. I also tried out the "Down Under" bar to watch Euro2012 football and this was a bit of fun.... even if I was the only person supporting Spain!

Review 90：The bathrom was very clean, but the floor of the room was quite dusty,some hairs; especially in front ofthe window it looked like it had notbeen cleaned for months.Shower doors don't hold water well, so floor has a pool after the shower. No ventilation for steam to get out in the shower. No air exchange of any kind (except window) in the room.
