Review 1：It's hard to criticize but the location can be hard to find. The owner had sent an email stating that we call them from the town so they can be there to pick us up.
Review 2：The apartment is very tastefully done with loads of room. The owners were welcoming despite a late arrival. The awesome view of the lake and the mountains around.
Review 3：Access was a bit difficult. Hard to find but they helped.
Review 4：Spectacular views. Unbelievably welcoming hosts. So friendly and helpful - even gave us some milk for our tea when we arrived late on a Saturday & the shops would be closed on Sunday.
Review 5：The owners could atleast have some basics in the kitchen.. For example if staying for a night or two it doesn't make sense to buy a whole pack of coffee- also no shops in the walking distance really. As guests are requested to take away the trash themselves- maybe get some trashbags aswell?

Review 11：300m from lake in the hills, narrow rods (min 45' from Como city) Maybe suggestion for owners: to prepare some food ingredients (one bottle of water, salt, sugar, few more dish machine tablets, flower...) especially for people coming for short stay.

Review 14：Beautiful view, great location, very nice and friendly owners - Clelia and Mara! Thanks a lot, dear Clelia! The apartment is on the first floor in a big and very pretty house (owners live on the second floor). There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and bathroom with shower, second - with twin bad + small bed / sofa). Spacious and beautiful living room with kitchen. Additional bathroom with bath. There is small and very cosy garden near apartments (ideally for breakfast and dinner on a fresh air). Design of apartments is lovely and nice - a lot of vintage things, pictures etc. Tremezzo is a very cosy small town with beautiful promenade along Como, without crowds of tourists (like in Bellagio), but very green and comfort for vacation. Car is necessary for families with children, impossible to walk up and down the nearby hills with baby trolley.
Review 15：Great view and space for families. Mara was very helpful, and addressed questions and issues quickly (extra towels, drain clog). Location is great ... easy to get around Tremezzo, 10-15 minute walk.

Review 17：Beautiful apartment, with a sunny terrace overlooking the lake. It's part of a larger villa. The host was very friendly and informed us of the restaurants and sights nearby. Located on a hill and a good 15 min walk to the village center. Would definitely stay there again.
Review 18：GPS did not like the street address. Monte Grappa is partially a foot path. Use the GPS coordinates and you'll get right to the door.
Review 19：Great apartment with nice view of Lake Como. Lots of great information. 10 minute walk to pier for boats all over the lake. Walk is uphill when you come home in the evening. Several nice places to eat in Tremezzo.
